Artana Suites Collection

I booked and paid for a three night stay through **********. On arriving at the location to check in, I was informed that the booking was a fake and this was the fourth they'd had that day. ********** failed to find an alternative and at 5 p.m. I was left with my family on the street with our baggage and nowhere to go. Even better, is that four weeks later ********** are flatly refusing to give a refund saying that unless they hear from the property, they will not refund. This is despite the fact that they, and I, have been unable to contact them. It seems that ********** are either keeping my money for themselves or sending most of it to the 'property' either of which is not worthy of a reputable company. ********** are no longer listing the property - which suggests they know something about the place. Please also read the two recent reviews by 739jmc and patricklF7792TY. There are some positive reviews but they seem to be all over two years old.

The property is a scam, and uses photos of a nearby hotel where guests are directed to go for check in. The hotel manager informed us of the scam. Don’t book, don’t fall for this. ******* has already delisted this property.

We had a pre-paid and confirmed reservation for Artana Suites Collection (06-08 August 2022) through ********** website. The confirmation email from ********** advised that check was to be completed at “La Villa degli Argentieri”. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel had changed hands, and that our booking did not exist in their system. They contacted *******, and got confirmation that we had a legitimate reservation in their system. No solution provided, so we called ********** in the USA (at our own cost) to find a resolution (altenate hotel booking was provided, with a xxx EURO coupon for next hotel booking with **********. Please be aware and avoid this fraud and scam!!!!
