Ho usufruito del ristorante dell'albergo trovandomi in visita giornaliera alle 5 Terre. Fin dal momento dell'accoglienza sia Irene, che si occupa del beverage, che Samanta (mi sembra fosse questo ol nome) mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. Il servizio celere e curato. Il pesto della pasta tra i più buoni mangiati in generale. Tra poco credo chiuderanno ma è un indirizzo da tenere a mente. Consiglio vivamente.

Excellent location. That’s it. Restaurant downstairs very noisy… not the customers but from the staff loading dishwashers and banging and clashing about at 10pm at night. Room very basic Monterosso in general very expensive Limited beach area unless you want to pay 20€ per sunbed per day. Roof Terrace was not set up as per the photos online you had to get your buffet breakfast and just take it upstairs to sit on the terrace yourself.

Alimentação pequena, mas a FALTA DE EDUCAÇÃO, respeito, no tratamento as SRA!!! Isto não pode passar desapercebido. O proprietário é arrogante, ignorante com os turistas e não merecem esta falta de educação ! Inacreditável como uma pessoa pode tratar tão mal uma turista!

Nous avons mangé dans cet hôtel restaurant « street ber » et pris deux salades au thon ( de très mauvaise qualité). Passez votre chemin, attrape touristes, vous mangerez mieux dans des autres restaurants. C’est vraiment dommage, car idéalement situé sur une rue passante en front de mer.

Colpiti dalla gentilezza dei due ragazzi che ci avevano servito l’aperitivo la sera precedente, io e il mio ragazzo, decidiamo di prendere due pizze d’asporto per gustarcela vista mare. Ingolositi dal profumo che il cartone emanava ci sediamo fronte mare soddisfatti e pronti per mangiarle. aperto il vaso di Pandora ci si presenta davanti una pizza (se così si può chiamare) che aveva l’aria di essere una piadina dimenticata sulla padella per almeno un’ora. Nonostante ciò, afferro la prima fetta, perché la mamma mi ha insegnato che bisogna assaggiare tutto (e d’altronde non giudicare il libro dalla copertina). Sollevata la fetta che aveva tutta l’apparenza (e anche la consistenza) di un frisbee, il mio fidanzato mi fa notare che la base pizza pareva catrame. Al che, controlliamo le restanti fette per accorgerci che era completamente bruciata. Non avendo tempo per prendere altro da mangiare, ci accontentiamo di mangiare il condimento, quindi la nostra pizza sul mare si è trasformata in una caprese. Penso che possa bastare per sconsigliare nella maniera più assoluta la pizza di questo ristorante.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were modest but fine. Food was fine. When we arrived, one of our two rooms was very hot and the air conditioning was broken which forced us to cram into one room. The next day the air conditioning was fixed. When we checked out, we requested that the room with the broken air conditioning be comped or discounted however, the response from the hotel was “you can just open a window for cool air” instead of taking care of the customers request and ended up charging us full price for the room. The staff was short and abrupt when responding to our requests with the ac. If you want a great location right on the beach, this is the place for you but take into consideration the staff accommodating the customers because we didn’t feel that they took care of us to the best of their ability.

Street bar it says on the menus! Not welcoming service. We had lunch here, (help us god) It was awful. One pizza cotto got pizza crudo, big difference, nobody said a word, we didnt know if that were there cotto, (found out on the receipt cus it said crudo) the pizza tasted just like a pre-made pizza that you buy in the big supermarket stores and toss it in the microwave. I wanted i sallad, ordered tonno. Boring and tasteless. Even when sprinkled olio and vinegar salt peppar on it. Felt like a sallad from plastic box. poor and sad choices of ingredients, when italy has one of the worlds greatest cuisine. Price: wasent cheap we dont remember i guess cus we didnt want to accept the fact that we spent our money on this place. Very bad! We dont recommend this place cus it has nothing to do with good or italian cuisine.

The room was pretty dirty; hair on the toilet seat and the floors, mold in the shower, door frame and the ceiling… Staff didn’t seem to want to work (we were waiting for help at the front desk but they preferred to finish their cigarette before coming over…). Would recommend staying elsewhere.
