Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

CAUTION: Beware of the Hilton Hotel in Monterrey Valle. They stole both dollars and Mexican pesos from my room, and their response was appalling. The manager never appeared, and the security chief was not only rude but seemed complicit in the theft by doing nothing. The hotel's handling of the situation was utterly disappointing. It's a shame to see such a reputable hotel brand tarnished like this. There are many hotels of similar or better quality available. Security should be their top priority. What good is a clean hotel if guests don't feel safe and have no recourse for poor service?

Terrible!! Nos robaron dinero de la habitación, y el hotel responde que es culpa del huésped. No lo recomiendo, nunca se hospeden en este lugar. El jefe de seguridad menciona que la culpa y responsabilidad es de quien se hospeda. El manager general nunca apareció
