Bellissimo posto immerso nella natura la struttura è ben rifinita e accogliente la SPA è molto grande abbiamo pernottato 3 notti e sia la colazione che la cena è stata ottima , serviti dal sig. Abbondio molto professionale. Tornerò sicuramente

Beautiful little gem at the top of the world! We stayed for 4 days and totally enjoyed ourselves. If you are not using the facilities you must hire a car and visit the surrounding villages/towns or you will be rather bored. The gentleman in the restaurant was not convivial and really works very hard. Definitely worth a visit.

Posto veramente bello, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, professionale, lo consiglio vivamente, si stà da Dio, inoltre, il paese Monteverdi Marittimo davvero bellissimo, con abitanti speciali , ci torno sicuramente 💖 la spa e davvero splendida.

Ci sono stato 5 notti con un gruppo di amici. Confermo le recensioni negative e non le ripeto, una partocolare in più: non c'è il telefono nelle stanze, di notte il cancello è aperto e non c'è nessuno nella struttura. Completamente abbandonati. Una menzione particolare per il bravissimo sig. ABBONDIO, factotum del ristorante, lui merita più di 5 stelle. Ha salvato il nostro soggiorno.

Avevo prenotato per i miei genitori per 3 notti la camera con piscina privata, il giorno dell’arrivo vengono chiamati alle 13.30 per dire che la stanza prenotata aveva un problema.. li fanno comunque arrivare in hotel facendo 400km di viaggio e aspettare le ore 16:00 per fare il check-in per poi dire che il problema non era stato risolto… viene proposta un’altra camera di categoria inferiore per il soggiorno che purtroppo non rispettava le loro esigenze (altrimenti l’avremmo prenotata). Inutile dire che sono costretti a tornare a casa e fare altri 400km. Chiamo per parlare con un direttore, mi viene GARANTITO che sarei stata contattata e invece? NIENTE. Zero rispetto, ma come siete abituati a trattare le persone? Mai più

Trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Cura, simpatia del personale. Era un' offerta booking molto appetibile....per le mie esigenze. Serve sicuramente la macchina se si vuole visitare i dintorni. Noi scendevano e tornavamo tranquillamente dal paesino a piedi. Tutto è sempre soggettivo... Non fatevi influenzare da recensioni negative. Ogni viaggiatore conosce le proprie esigenze...e di conseguenza sceglie . Serate immersi nel cielo stellato e silenzio.... Io mi sono proprio goduta queste 5 notti trascorse al relais

Il posto è molto bello, ma necessita di manutenzione, mancano attrezzature essenziali neglla cucina degli appartamenti, aria condizionata assente, servirebbero le zanzariere alle finestre, in piscina non c'è il bagnino. Peccato perché è davvero bello.

Il posto e la struttura sono davvero molto belli immersi nel verde e nella pace, qualche problemino e non tutto è curato e funzionante come dovrebbe essere, ma grazie a un personale eccellente e risolutivo sono stata molto bene. Bravi Samir e Rachele che hanno brillantemente risolto tutti i problemi sempre con grande gentilezza e prontezza. Brave e grazie allo staff addetto alla pulizia, tutto quello che mancava in appartamento mi è stato fornito . Ultimo ma non ultimo Patrizio. Grazie... un vero professionista che rende la spa un vero gioiello , il vero punto di forza di questo relais. Massaggio 10 e lode. Io personalmente ci tornerò.

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Cercavo una struttura un po lontana dalla confusione e situata in collina alla ricerca del fresco. La mia stanza l'ho trovata pulita e fresca. Piscina geotermica con ambiente esterno pacifico. Eccezionale il personale sia del ristorante che del pool bar. Non bisogna dare per scontato che la gentilezza appartiene a tutti. Mi hanno accolta con affetto. Un caro saluto.
