This was one of the easiest and friendliest check-ins I have ever had! I was show. The closest entrance/exit for us and directed to a wonderful local pizzeria!

No ice in ice machine. No staff available to refill coffee at breakfast. Very poor service.

Clean nice rooms. No bad smells. Yes the pool is broken. But I’m not here to swim. I loved the 2 queens and the sofa room.

It would be helpful to provide bodywash and shampoo.

Don’t stay there.This is a dirty and greedy hotel that will do everything they can to get your money.

Desk clerk very indifferent. Dyer need of renovation. Vanity was very low, hot water from the sink was blocked so no hot water, (which I’m sure is illegal) unless you get from the tub. Bed had no blanket on it just a sheet and bed spread, (although there was a blanket in the closet area so we had to make the bed ourselves). There was NO smoke detector in the room, (which I KNOW is illegal), there was a connection for one, but none there, (see attached photo). The bed was a little hard for our liking, but acceptable. The bath towels were small, like the ones from the hotel chain that “leaves the light on for you,” but they were soft, so that was a plus. Pool was closed “until further notice”.Breakfast offerings were only cereal, boil eggs, bread, and bagels. None of these we can eat, so we went to a local eatery for breakfast. Choice Hotels are much higher quality than this place is, and I would recommend cancelling your contract with this hotel, unless brought up to your standards. Next time we’re in this area, we will NOT be staying here. We will sleep in our car before returning here.
