Disagree with late check-out and have a bad attitude.

Very poor welcome, staff not attentive to customers. Bad meal, long service. Unprofessional staff. Lack of heating in the room. Staff who do not say hello to the customer. Really bad experience!!

Horrible, poor value for money, the rooms are bathrooms, it smells of mold, leak in the toilet, very limited breakfast, not much, the B&B is better in terms of the variety of products and also cheaper

Very disappointed with the service of this hotel. Very unpleasant welcome even though my reservation had not been processed, room with dust and stains on the floor, clean but stained towel, all this makes a mess with the price of the room and the number of stars that the hotel displays ! For the price, the ibis next door and the B&B in Bois d’arcy are of much better quality in terms of service! I will not come back !

Commerce and sympathy are absent. Not to mention the mediocre establishment. To be avoided. I very rarely rate and never give my opinion.... THE BUSINESS!!!! A minimum please even if in Paris it’s LIKE THIS!

I liked the hotel. You can enjoy peace and comfort there. This is the third time I have visited it. I like the behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. As for the price, it is affordable. I highly recommend it.

Extremely rude and unprofessional restaurant and bar! A 30 minute service to have 4 coffees, poorly staffed staff, in short a disaster! Add to all this a freezing temperature and you will understand why you absolutely should not go to this hotel!

Excellent establishment We drank a coffee in the small armchairs under the very pleasant glass roof, beautiful light. I recommend this establishment, easy to access. We rented this room for a wedding and will keep it in mind for a future visit to the Château de Versailles

Room passable, basic...poor soundproofing but hey...I think we're in the range who wants that. Average evening meal dish (not the price, €20 for a slightly strong tuna and a slightly bland ratatouille) But above all: reception at the restaurant EXCECRABLE Obviously the customers were disturbing. It was 8:45 p.m. for an official closing at 9:00 p.m., I think the day had been difficult, the cries in the kitchen drowned out the discussions in the room... And me, when I asked to eat on the terrace, the lady who seems to be the manager replied sourly that the room is air-conditioned, she will not go out for service (SIC!!!). Well, I sat down on the table near the kitchen door that she designated for me without any negotiation possible. A customer who arrived just after me and was heading towards the terrace was asked: “WHERE ARE YOU GOING SIR, IT’S HERE!” by the same lady who pointed out the table near me, not even near the bay, always near the kitchen door. I will ignore the fact that this same customer, who arrived after me, was served before me (we had ordered the same dish), the waitress looks at me embarrassed and says "last come first served"... and I got my dish 15 minutes later. No comment. And always the shouting in the kitchen, the feeling of being too much. I'll stop there, horrible evening; I come to SQY regularly, I will anticipate my reservations even more in the future to have choice and find more welcoming hotel-restaurants.
