The location on the outskirts of Monza is not ideal without a car, especially as Taxi service from the City Centre is extremely difficult to obtain. Personel is very helpful and professional. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. We arrived to early for an immediate check-in, so we left our luggage at the receptionand when we arrived in the evening our luggage was already moved to our room. Parking free of charge is a welcome extra.

Good price and location. Nice staff. Free parking. I had a very comfortable stay in a clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Very convenient as there is a supermarket and food court nearby. Close to the highway and easy to go anywhere.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and good coffee. We liked a safe underground parking free of charge and the dedicated smoking area where you can actually sit down. Unusually, but the reception is not on the ground floor, but in the basement. Location is good if you have a car and don't mind walking some 15-20 minutes to metro that will take you to Milan center in about 30 minutes. Overall, good value

Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops.
Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff.
Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well.
Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent.
But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc.
Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰
The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

Vorrei sottolineare come primo aspetto che il profumo all'interno di un hotel dovrebbe essere calibrato in quanto ci sono persone allergiche a cui la profumazioni così forte può dare problemi. Ok profumo di pulito, ma un erogatore è esagerato. Dopo il check in ho seguito le indicazioni per raggiungere la camera che era nella struttura esterna e dopo 10 minuti che vagavo ( perché le indicazioni erano vecchie e non chiare a detta dell'hotel ) sono rientrata e mi sono fatta accompagnare dal ragazzo della reception che mi ha confessato che lui non sapeva nemmeno dove cercare la mia camera perché non era mai uscito dalla struttura e non sapeva dove fosse la mia camera. Ho poi cambiato subito camera perché con moquette. Nel momento dell'ordine non era indicata la pavimentazione e ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro per cambiare camera . Ho trovato poca professionalità e in un hotel a 4 stelle credo non sia ammissibile.

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

GGuest UserThis was a treat for myself, husband and mother a revisit after 20 years however it was an underwhelming stay unfortunately. The room we had a deluxe double was blah, no usable mirror in bedroom which was a pain, not sure about why that would be in a 4 star hotel. There is no tea or coffee in the room and I did message the hotel in Italian to double check on this and was told I could buy a coffee, however the room next to us had a tray with a kettle and tea for the room so this obviously was an option for some guests! Service at breakfast which costs 35 Euros was poor, children running around unattended, people smoking and the first day no indoor table for us, totally obnoxious with wasps, flies and smokers. The food provided was barely acceptable by today’s standards and the hot breakfast was cold every day. Really not good enough again for a luxury hotel. One evening we decided to have a nightcap this was an exercise in frustration, no service my husband had to go and ask for a menu then no one came to take an order so he had to go inside again to find a waiter. Everyone around us had nibbles with their drinks but yet again not served for us, our Italian friends could not believe our issues with this hotel as it is well known for hosting the formula one. The hotel actually lost out on business as we were planning on eating at the hotel for dinners but changed our plans and took our money into town where it would be appreciated instead. Maybe it’s foreigners they don’t like but my husband speaks perfect Italian so we have never experienced this in the past. I would not stay here again myself and would not recommend it which is a shame as 20 years ago this was a beautiful experience for all of us and my children.

RR3216LFandreabWe stayed my companion in this stuffed room for two nights in row, as I said in the title. The rental room is 150 m from the station of Monza, so a very strategic place to visit Milan in peace without the car park and traffic. The environment inside is very clean and modern in a beautiful gentleman's palace so surely to return if you want to jump to Milan or visit Monza.

Don’t support this hotel, or trust them. Booked for the F1 weekend through *********** at euro 600/night. Very high for a 3 star hotel but it’s the F1, charge what they want. The F1 was moved 1 week early, we did not cancel however still charged the F1 rate. The room rate for that weekend was between Eros 150 and 180 per night, the hotel told us. Just disgraceful, pure robbery. When we initially challenged this, the money was taken from our account, 11 months in advance. We questioned *********** who agreed with us. They spoke to the hotel who refused a refund. As stated, robbery, deceitful and atrocious behavior. I challenge them to deny it. Don’t stay there, a 3 star at best, dishonest and not trustworthy.
