This is best hotel I have to say this because I stayed for two days in this hotel and I feel like home away from home Just because of good services and very discipline and humble staff specially Mr Deepak was very polite on the time of check in.. highly recommend to all

Have been staying at this hotel whenever I stay back in Moradabad since last 1 year or so. Never got a chance to complaint. Rooms are spacious. Good and clean Interiors. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always feel a peaceful environment here. Little outside the main city but if you have transport, this is worth the stay.

My card gets deactivated in around 8. 30pm no one is there to reactivate it they said now only we can activate in the morning night staff don't know how to activate it. Every time i need to ask staff to open with there master card. My family members want to meet me so they ask id every-time some one came to meet me and entry of it. They denied early check in which is only 1 hour before checkin timing and took 20min to allot my room when again i back to 12pm checkin time. Excellent stay, with good large rooms, breakfast was very good and nutritious. The staff is very helpful and cooperation was at its best. The best hospitality was presented.
