We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights to attend a wedding in the city. We booked deluxe room. The room did not have any electric kettle, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was stinky and had poor drainage. The bathroom door was filthy and was very old ( and this is a deluxe room!!). After a short bath, the bathroom drain would clog and after informing the staff, no one cleaned it up. The hooks for hanging clothes were missing! One morning at 8am, we asked kitchen to provide a glass of milk for 5 year old, they said that kitchen was not open (and they will not be able to provide. Same at 9:30 pm when we wanted to order for dinner, they said that kitchen is closed (the menu mentioned dinner till 10:30pm). We paid so much for deluxe room but the services were not at par. This stay was a huge disappointment.
