Excelente experiencia en el hostal! Los encargados del front desk muy amables y serviciales!! Las instalaciones súper lindas! Las camas muy limpias!! Todo está hermoso! Y a solo 2 cuadras de la catedral’ excelente ubicación! Súper recomendado!

I feel like the restrooms/showers could have been cleaner. At one point, water was draining from one of the showers onto the common bathroom area.

The staff was very rude, I was lectured on not speaking Spanish for 5 minutes when I arrived although I am trying to learn and using google translate. The light in my room would not turn off. When I asked they said it was automatic and just to stay still. But it never turned off. I had to sleep with it on all night. Luckily Morelia itself was amazing, full of helpful, kind people. But I was very disappointed with how rude Carlos was at the hostal. Would not stay here again due to staff.

El lugar es hermoso y acogedor. La ubicación esta excelente, casi en el corazón del centro histórico. La atencion excelente y muy amable, nos proporcionaron una toalla y una cobijita. Los baños muy limpios y disponen de agua caliente. Las camas son ideales para una estancia corta o si no se tiene mucho problema con la privacidad, puede ser mas tiempo . El lugar ofrece te y café, y en general el ambiente en el interior se siente muy tranquilo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

En general el servicio es muy bueno, las instalaciones nuevas, y con lo escencial para tener una muy buena estadía. Lo único que no me gustó es que el agua en las regaderas nunca salió caliente. Estaba entre fría y templada.

Me gustó que el responsable propone ver el espacio antes de cerrar el trato. Es una experiencia diferente. El lugar es limpio, cómodo. Recomendable para jóvenes que andan de mochilazo al hombro
