Staybridge Suites MT. Juliet - Nashville Area

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Attentive front desk staff. Wonderful breakfast with hot protein options. Large clean pool with tables and chairs. Separate area with grills , tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Even a gas fireplace with comfortable seating for cool evenings. Perfection.

We made reservations here since it was relatively close to a wedding we were attending. Wow - if all their hotels are like this one - I’ll choose them every time! Awesome staff - friendly and courteous and actually wanted to be at work. That’s rare now a days.

Great place to stay so far. Nice big clean room’s very close to restaurants and shopping.

Our stay was great up until check-out. The rooms were clean, super modern, and the it was really quiet down our hall. When I checked in, I asked the girl at the front desk about collecting my points for my stay. She wasn’t able to do it because a manager wasn’t nearby, so she said to just do it at check-out. Flash forward to this morning when I’m checking out, and the girl at the front desk tells me that I can’t redeem my points because I’ve already checked out- (Mayté was her name.) So she’s printing off information for me so I can access these points, and she has to reprint the sheet nearly FIVE times, because she cannot spell. I am not making fun of her by any means. She truly just cannot spell. And when I would correct her on the fact that she was misspelling my name, she would get snarky and rude. I stood there for THIRTY minutes, and STILL didn’t get my problem resolved. My advice for this place: If you’re gonna have someone at the front desk, make sure they can SPELL!!!

Trash running over in room. Very dirty and unfriendly staff. Nothing that can add value to guest stay like toothpaste, toothbrush, sewing kit etc (very inexpensive things)! Breakfast is mediocre.

I enjoyed my stay and wished I had stayes longer! I will be staying here the next time I'm driving through Nashville, Tennessee

Overall a nice stay for two nights. Upscale suburban area near the freeway and tons of shopping. Spacious great room for breakfast and nice in room amenities like a mini kitchen and sofa. spacing was a little tight between the TV Stand and one side if the bed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options though the area by the waffle makers is cramped due to a lot of people waiting there. Quiet enough and two large windows for natural light. Furniture and bedding in excellent shape. Options for pillows made everyone happy.

The room is OK but the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept shedding off and even though I had to set to go well lower than the room temperature. Not well insulated as from the living we could actually hear others talking from their living area across the hall!

Nice clean facilities and breakfast was included. The mattress was suspect, we were sore from our the entire stay. Overall a great location and amenities
