It was fine for what I expected. Staff were very nice. Check in easy and was able to check in early.

This was an extraordinary place. I was attending our grandson's promotion out of 6th grade and I misplaced his graduation card. I thought I looked everywhere in the room, three or for times. I know I brought it but I could not find it. I made do and thought my old age was getting the best of me. A week after returning home, I received the card and check that was included from Hampton Inn in the mail. Not only were they honest but they had the good morals not to keep it or just throw it away but they took the time and money (stamps are expensive) to mail it to me. A BIG thank you to Hampton Inn and their staff. It was greatly appreciated.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Mt Laurel during a work trip- I arrived at the room and had a poor experience. They couldn't switch my room because they were booked- It was already 9p and it would have been hard to leave since I had to be back at work at 3a- the microwave in the room did not work- It turned and seemed on- but, didn't heat- The TV remote didn't work- it didn't change the channel- The phone in the room was plugged into the wall but there was no dial tone The room was heavily scented- outrageously- I'm someone who likes hotel scents- I'm not sensitive or allergic- but this was outrageous- I had to sleep with my head under the covers all night- and, even then- I awoke multiple times- I called and the person who answered the phone was kind- She sent a very kind maintenance worker to the room- He confirmed the microwave wasn't working- He changed the battery in the remote and did something else to it which provided a temporary solution- within 15 minutes it didn't work again and it didn't work in the morning either- The phone despite being plugged into the wall didn't work- and everyone seemed to know this was the case- that was just the way it was- The maintenance person was hard working and had a great sense of humor- I was told the manager would contact me and no one ever did- It was not a good experience-

Renovation happening-pillows are comfortable- rooms was cool in temperature and the coffee was hot.
