GGuest UserSpecifically booked a 'Crystal' room, but the location was a bit hidden, tucked behind the Orange hotel. The surrounding area is still under development, so the views definitely need improvement. The front desk and security guard were both very friendly though. I have to ask, what brand was the bread in the restaurant? My mom absolutely loved itā¦ Also, I didn't receive any welcome fruit or the four-grid snack box.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a lounge area, and the room was provided with welcome yogurt. The room was quite large, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel has a wake-up service. Xiao Ku at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were going to eat in the evening, he recommended a restaurant to us. The hotel also has a laundry room, which I didn't know how to use, but Xiao Ku came to help us and answered every question. I give them a thumbs up*

FFengjialeStaying at the Sailimu Lake campsite was really great! I could just pull back the curtains in the morning and watch the sunrise, no hassle at all. The tent was more comfortable than I expected, with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. The bed was quite soft, and I slept really well. I even got to see fireworks on New Year's Eve š. The staff at the center were all super nice. They helped us with our luggage, and since we arrived by car and weren't driving ourselves, they even arranged a ride to the visitor center for us. I'll definitely come again!!!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the Peopleās Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

PPermpon ShomsangthongAbsolutely amazing! The accommodation had a fantastic atmosphere. We slept in a campervan, which was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was even delivered right to our room. Nothing to fault! If you're staying near Sayram Lake, I highly recommend this place. It's not far from the national park, and you'll definitely be impressed. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
