Just parked my car, quite a distance away, and someone immediately came over to help with my luggage – super enthusiastic! You can do laundry here, and when someone was hogging the washing machine, the owner even stepped in to talk to them. The hotel offers views of Sayram Lake and is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. It's not far from Sayram Lake, just a seven to eight-kilometer drive. The price is half that of other hotels in the tourist area. Overall, it's a great value!

The Laifen hairdryer and other toiletries in the room were fantastic. They also provided multiple bottles of mineral water, so there was no need to worry about running out. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and they even gave out souvenirs at both check-in and check-out, which really boosted the overall experience. It truly lives up to its reputation as Orange Hotel's high-end series – an unparalleled stay.

This is the most comfortable LI CHENG Hotel I've ever stayed in, and the experience was superb! 👍🏻 The front desk staff, Ah Lai, helped upgrade my room. The hotel is right next to the east gate tourist center of Sailimu Lake, and it's a 3-minute drive directly to the lakeside. This means no need to travel back and forth to the city. It's super convenient for catching the sunrise early in the morning and chasing the sunset's 'golden mountain' in the evening. The hotel also has a large free parking lot, so self-driving tourists don't have to worry about parking at all. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The room was spacious and decent, though the view from the window was just average. The hotel is a bit far from Sayram Lake scenic area and the city center. Breakfast was okay, but the black pepper sausages were delicious. The biggest highlight was the afternoon tea. The setting was beautiful and perfect for photos, and you could even try on ethnic costumes. The tea and pastries were very tasty, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, you could enjoy it until 10:30 PM.

The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hot water was stable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to see the lake views right outside, and it offers great value for money. When I had questions, the front desk was quick to respond, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake. I highly recommend it to friends traveling to the area!

I chose the Muyun Shanjia Hotel for my trip to Sayram Lake, and the location is really convenient. You can walk to nearby supermarkets, shops, and unique restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay overall. The front desk service was attentive and helpful with all my questions. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel!

I specifically chose this place for my trip. Since you can't stay inside the scenic area, I opted for this campsite right next to it. It's just a 5-minute drive, which saved a lot of hassle. The camp environment is tranquil, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room facilities are well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable for a good night's sleep. From sunrise to stargazing, every moment of the scenery is captivating, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake.

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!

The scenery is absolutely beautiful! The staff told us we were lucky to catch such great weather, and waking up to the sun was incredibly comfortable. You can see the stunning views right from your bed. It gets quite cold at night at Sayram Lake, but the room's heating was excellent. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, the facilities were well-equipped, and the staff's service attitude was fantastic. They even had dedicated staff to help with luggage and offered late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. No need to rush in the morning! Highly recommend.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is superb, very easy to find, close to the entrance of Sayram Lake. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and it's incredibly quiet at night. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! The breakfast is plentiful.
