Highly recommend this guesthouse! It felt like home. There were two lovely ladies there, especially the incredibly sweet and gentle Liu Liu. She was so thoughtful and kind, preparing lots of ski gear for me, reminding me to eat, and even skiing with me! I'll definitely book with her again next time! 🥰 The manager is a beautiful Xinjiang woman named CoCo, who sings wonderfully! ☺ Also, thank you to the two chefs, Xiao Ai and Liang Ge, for their delicious food; please add it to the menu soon! And thank you to Coach Lu for patiently teaching me how to ski! ⛷ Animal lovers will be delighted; the lattes and mochas are adorable little babies!

This time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

The hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

My stay at the Dream Hotel in Koktokay was absolutely fantastic! As one of the top hotels in the area, its simple yet elegant decor was stunning, but what truly impressed me was its incredibly thoughtful and personalized service. When my daughter suddenly caught a cold and developed a fever while we were traveling, she even vomited that night. The staff immediately and proactively helped clean her up without the slightest impatience. They even thoughtfully provided fever-reducing medication upon check-out, and there were no extra charges whatsoever – such a heartwarming gesture. Delivery items were delivered directly to our room, and fresh fruit was provided daily. Even if a package was a kilometer away, they would proactively retrieve it for us – their attention to detail was impeccable. With its comfortable environment, warm service, and constant consideration for guests, staying here in Koktokay is definitely a safe bet, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

迴應了，能處理都儘量及時幫忙處理了。但是不可避免的房間真的問題有點多:1.床鋪有頭三根髮絲；2.因為室內温度高外面雪融化房間屋頂滴水；3.廁所房間佈置的很漂亮，很有異域風。房東阿Q服務好的沒得説，不僅幫忙上下幫行李，我的車窗被冰凍結了霜還親自幫忙處理乾淨，有問題都及時返臭，排氣扇一直開着會好些；4.廁所的燈衹裝浴霸的，亮度一言難盡，再三確認幾次是開了；5.床鋪質量有待提高可以摸到彈簧，又太軟了，睡得腰疼；6.隔音太差，隔壁一對一晚上説了啥都聽的見。

I like the layout and decoration of the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The service is also very good. The attitude is great. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the support of the mattress is not very good. It is a bit soft. My waist feels tired after sleeping all night. A mattress like Atour would be better.

The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

The service staff varied in attitude; some were very friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel was easy to find, and the facilities included washing machines and dryers that were easy to use. The rooms were bright and had great views. Our ski equipment was delivered to the hotel beforehand, which was very convenient. During our stay, there were probably too many guests, as the cleaning staff were overwhelmed. One day they didn't start cleaning until 4:30 PM, and another day they didn't come until 5:30 PM. We had to call to have the trash collected, and we waited an hour. Toilet paper, tissues, and supplies were left on the counter, so we had to change them ourselves. The blankets were also just roughly folded. I could understand and tolerate all of this, as there seemed to be very few cleaning staff! They work hard too. One day, I bought ski passes through an app. There was a ticket machine at the hotel entrance, only about 10 steps from the front desk. When I tried to collect my pass, I encountered a problem. I politely went to the front desk to ask, but she didn't even ask what my problem was and just said with a stern face, ”We're out of cards!” as if I had bothered her! Actually, my question was about the step before issuing the card 🤨, then I understood 🧐 and stopped asking her 😔.

A great mountain hotel, a smart home, stylish, comfortable, and warm. A separate, luxurious jacuzzi with a mountain view. Rooms 414 and 415 overlook the road, while rooms 416 have yurts and mountains. I'd also like to mention the staff: they offered tea and tangerines, helped with luggage, and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be back here.

The room heating is sufficient, especially warm, not far from the snow field, convenient transportation, enough to eat in the restaurant downstairs, there is a convenience store on the first floor, the price conscience! Come back next year, live next year! The room is also very good, all kinds of facilities, smart toilet, small audio, electric curtains, TV are particularly large! The scenery outside the window is particularly beautiful! Absolutely no regrets!
