Great place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

The hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles. I usually dislike overly talkative front desk staff, but they handled this situation perfectly – they were concise, focused on the essentials, and promptly resolved any issues. The breakfast and milk tea were excellent. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in here, with a beautiful environment and unique design. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the front desk phone is available 24/7. The staff are very polite when answering the phone. The hotel smelled lovely upon entering, and the traditional Chinese design was refreshing. I really liked it!

This was my first time skiing in Koktokay, and I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite, and the air conditioning and heating are individual so you can adjust the temperature yourself, so you won't get too hot or too cold. There's a microwave and free laundry and drying services! The hotel is located in the center of Koktokay town, and there are many restaurants and ski equipment shops within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus to the ski resort right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the ski resort in the morning! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time! Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

This hotel is the most cost-effective among all the hotels I stayed in when I traveled to Xinjiang. The experience is really great. The room price is really cheap. The hotel environment has nothing to say. The free breakfast is also very good. The hotel works The staff was very considerate and sent it to the room. The price of dinner was much cheaper than that near the scenic spot. The taste was great. The laundry room was fully equipped with new equipment. There was free coffee in the rest area. Xiaoli, the front desk staff, is also very considerate, and all the staff are very polite and enthusiastic. It is really the happiest stay I have ever had. Anyway, I am satisfied with my stay and food. It must be rated five stars. Highly recommended.
