I requested a non-smoking room, but was still assigned a room with a slight smoky smell and an ashtray provided. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and someone was smoking indoors. I immediately complained about it, and I really appreciated that the staff bravely stopped that guest. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The pillows are a bit too high.

The hotel staff were responsive, professional, and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hot spring environment is beautiful and comfortable.

My stay this time was exceptionally satisfying! The overall service was fantastic! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere was great. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were gentle and polite. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was good, making for a quiet night. The location is convenient for transportation, and dining and shopping are all nearby. Excellent value for money, making it my top choice for business trips or travel!

Situated right by the Bama River, the hotel offers lovely views. The interior design is quite appealing, and the full-length mirror in the room was a fantastic touch! The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.

The two beds have hair and a few stains that look unwashed, but it was very late (at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night) and I was alone. I didn't find the front desk to change the bed.
