Best Kunming Boutique Hotels

I love the courtyard feel and the location is really perfect. Just a street away from the Kunming old street, away from the crowd and yet walkable. Unwind at the lounge with books and experience self service brewing Chinese tea The cats are are very adorable and free roaming The pond and landscaping really offer serenity. Food and convenient store are just outside along the same street and adjacent. Cleanliness level is fantastic and because it is a boutique home stay which is designed with nature landscape and zen environment , so itis not relevant to reference to a luxury hotel. Room is very clean and so are the bathrooms.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I was quite hesitant before choosing it, especially after reading about the negative elevator incident, which made me really worry about safety. So, every time I took the elevator during my stay, I was on edge. The main reason I decided to stay was for the hot springs and swimming pool, as it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently, and I figured we'd just enjoy the hotel. Honestly, I wasn't particularly impressed with the service, and the facilities are quite old, very old. If it weren't for the constant rain and traveling with a child, I probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Especially after visiting Fuxian Lake, the comparison really highlighted its shortcomings.

In addition to the location of the lobby, the hotel needs to find it, and there is a copy of the early, the others are not bad, there is free parking space, the room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are also very good, the quality of disposable slippers is also very good, so I stayed for 2 nights at once, the customer service attitude is also very good, real-time response, Very efficient

The hotel isn't new, but you can tell it's well-maintained. The afternoon tea is a bit basic, but the breakfast options are quite plentiful. They use L'Occitane toiletries. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. The front desk was very responsive when I asked to change rooms, and there were welcome fruits. My only minor complaint is that a staff member knocked and then entered the room without waiting for a response. I switched from a Luxury King room to a Hot Spring King room. The Luxury King was on the 2nd floor, directly facing the restaurant downstairs and the golf course outside. The view was nice, but it was a bit noisy. After changing rooms, the privacy was much better, even though I sacrificed some indoor space. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Haigeng Park, making evening strolls very relaxing. This hotel is great for a vacation, and the overall experience was very good.
