Not on Kenting Street, but very close. Very quiet, looking out from the balcony is Kenting National Forest Park, blowing wind on the balcony at night is very comfortable! The rooms are quite large, with large wardrobes, the facilities are very clean, the owner is very good, helped to contact the snorkeling, the breakfast was made by myself, praise!

The location is super convenient. It only takes three minutes to walk after getting off at the Kenting Police Station. And when I opened the door after checking in, the inside was much better than expected~~ The space is large, the sound insulation is good, and it's very clean ~ I really recommend staying here. Kenting Street is right downstairs. If you are hungry at night, it is convenient to go there and buy a late-night snack.

Booked a sea-view quad room for three adults and one child. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. All the staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and various restaurants right next door, and Nanwan Beach is just across the street – perfect for kids to play in the sand and burn off energy. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful place, can't fault it. Perfect location, about 90 seconds walk from the bus station. Lovely room, very spacious and clean. Nice to have a relaxing chair, plus a desk and chair for sitting at. My room had a balcony, nice view and enjoyed relaxing sitting out there one of the nights. Breakfast isn't on site, but instead is vouchers for a nice café a few minutes up the high street, and I enjoyed their food a lot. Reception were very helpful and friendly when I arrived, and said hello every time I came in and out of the hotel. Will definitely book here again when I come back to the area.

Hotel Review (Accessibility & Safety Concerns): The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus. However, overall my stay was not very comfortable. Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention. The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use. Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here. I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

This is an older resort hotel in an excellent location to reach the nite market and other shops. Bit occupancy is lacking and the hotel feels desolate

Just across the street is the beach, and the place is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with a great location near the aquarium. Breakfast was simple and nice with sandwiches. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late and nearby restaurants were closed, but the owner kindly helped order seafood dinner from a local restaurant for us — and it was delicious. A truly warm and lovely place to stay.

Homestay was amazing! Room was so cute, clean and nice. Service was also good. Only con was that there was no handsoap in the room.

Cream and jam are individually packaged which is a plus There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley. Only inconvenient when it rains The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement. It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains. The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding. The air conditioner in the room is very cold The hot water heats up quickly and the water flow is strong, making it easy to wash. Unfortunately, the hair dryer is nailed to the wall. Long hair takes a long time to blow dry

The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!
