Find Mountain View Hotels in Pingtung

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

Enjoyed a nice 3 day stay here. The hotel is conveniently located next to the beach. To get to the beach you can either cross a busy road, or take a special path directly from the hotel (going below street level). The hotel is getting a bit old, so I would certainly not call it modern. However, I do not think you have that many options in and around Kenting. For a short stay it's more than adequate as the focus will be on the beach and the swimming pool. Pretty awesome place for kids and the service from personnel is truly exquisite. Wouldn't hesitate to come back, the next time I am visiting Kenting.

Service attitude is commendable, cp value is high. Have the opportunity to stay again. Environment ok. Breakfast is diversified. The room is clean. Although it is not a novel hotel, the environment is clean and suitable for petty bourgeoisie groups. Family is also suitable. There is a leisure and entertainment center in the basement. Time seems to be only 11 o'clock. The counter staff service was very kind at check-in, and the ci time would not wait too long. Starbucks and McDonald's are nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides a connection to the Hengchun Transfer Station. It is worth staying for one night. Mainly affordable, recommend friends who come to Kenting. The hotel also has a special project with Lujing tickets, you can take children to experience. It is recommended that you can book a room on their official website, and many special projects can be selected. I will come back next time.

The location is convenient, very close to the street and the coast. The balcony can see the sea view, the room is clean, the boss and his wife service is very good, you need to introduce the attractions to ask them, come here to feel full of human touch. CP value is extremely high, facilities are complete

Stayed here because we were participating in the Ironman 70.3 Kenting. Perfect for the race as the start, transition and finish are all within the hotel. We got a room on the first floor which proved to be the most ideal as it is on the same level as breakfast, the race expo as well as the finish area. However if you prefer a quiet room, then ask for a different floor. Rooms are very large and amenities are generously provided. Despite the size of the property, staff are efficient and very helpful.

The room is super big and very close to the beach. The baby-friendly accommodation provides a baby bath and sterilizing drying pot, as well as free children's beach flip-flops, and a great friendly parent-child room.

The service staff are very friendly and willing to help solve problems. The view from the room is also quite beautiful. The breakfast is also very unique and tastes good. Even the soy sauce paste can be seen with good intentions. But there are a few points in the equipment that I think can be improved~ 1. The hair dryer is terrible. It has a very small blower and is very hot. It is a cheap model from about 10 years ago. It has received such an expensive price. It is not an exaggeration to give it a better machine. 2. There is no chair where you can sit and blow dry your hair, which would be very inconvenient for the elderly. If you have long hair and a bad hair dryer, do you have to stand for 20 minutes as a penalty? 3. The exhaust fan in the toilet is connected to the light. It is impossible to leave a light on in the toilet at night. The exhaust fan is very loud and noisy. 4. Because I stayed temporarily and didn’t check the reviews at all, and the service staff didn’t remind me that there were monkeys or animals around. I originally planned to sleep with the balcony door open, but it seemed like a small animal climbed onto the balcony and scared me. A quiet residence far away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for those who like peace and quiet.

Except that the room is a little smaller, there is nothing to be picky about. It is very leisurely to come to Kenting in the off-season, and there are many vacant rooms in the homestay. For me, the room is very quiet and clean, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat on Kenting Street!

The park environment is good, but the facilities are old The room was old and outside. At night, there was always strange noise outside the water heater. The response service staff could not find the reason. I didn't sleep well all night. I found that the door of the electric box was not closed, resulting in the wind blowing. This time I lived in a double-floor case during the Chinese New Year. The dining was very ordinary. I could only stop starving in a cup of instant noodles at night.
