The four-star hotel does not have air conditioning, the mini refrigerator is also closed because of electricity saving, the house is not soundproof, the door is still leaking, the door is open in hot summer, the noise is loud, the door is too hot to sleep.

My kid and I both enjoyed the authentic vibe of this historic hotel in the heart of Heidelberg. The central location was awesome, but we were immersed in the hustle and bustle of the restaurants below and the cleanup afterwards. It’s noisy (especially with open windows to catch the breeze) but not unexpected. Try to park in structure P12 as the hotel offers discount vouchers (10€/night) instead of the usual rate. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but it looked lovely and the staff were all delightful, especially Dennis (who hooked me up with a much-needed coffee each morning and provided insider tips). Room Details: large size on the 3rd floor with two twin beds, a standing fan, fridge available but had to be plugged in, no coffee maker, no top sheets (but available in the hallway closet), bathroom had a corner shower, everything was clean.

Fortunately, we're able to cancel our reservation, literally the last minute for free. The hotel staff was really unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful upon our arrival. One of the ladies behind the check in counter barely spoke English. We had to wait 30min before our rooms would be ready, she did not offer us to put away our luggage (after I asked we were shown in the o the storage room, nobody helped us carry the bags..ans the room was left with the door open and without any surveillance from the staff). There was no clean glasses by the water container. As we sat on the hotel restaurants terrace to wait, nobody came to ask whether we wanted anything to dirnk. We then went to check out the roof top terrace. It was dirty, full of dried leaves... No access to wc. After these few disappointing experiences within 30min upon our arrival, we decided to give friendly feedback to the staff and see our options for cancelation, especially if we're not offered a proper excuse and/or upgrade. We were told that they're very busy and that that's the reason they can't deliver good service (note: their main job in this industry is to serve their guests, us, thus). WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE, BOTH AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER, AS WELL AS RESTAURANT AND ROOFTOP. Very happy with our decision to cancel this reservation and to have found a much better place to stay in the town center (Qube Bahnstadt was really far from the old town).

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are sizeable with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice. There are plenty of activities and nice sights in town. We decided to walk down and back up, and while it was demanding, it was worth it. It is a nice weekend stop.

Located in the very close to the city but quietly, this hotel offers very clean apartments and the welcome is really very warm. The room for four is large enough to welcome everyone you don't walk over, the bedroom is of good quality and the bathroom is very clean. The hotel was a pleasant surprise in Heidelberg city, and I stayed only one night, but I would certainly stay more, because I was very well installed. The hotel is located in a building that worked in an old tobacco factory, and is completely renovated for the hotel's facilities, with large suites or lofts, very well decorated. They have washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with modern tools. Wi-Fi quickly. Floor with heating and large bathroom. Parking on the site, but are few vacuums. When I booked, I asked for a parking vague and I had no problems. The service was very good from who received us. There is no reception. When I arrived at the establishment, at the main door, there is an interphone. The guest attendant arrived in a few minutes and passed all the instructions needed. It is in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. It is not so close to the historic center, about 2.5 km. Better go by car and park in the various parking lots near the main attractions.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

I think this is a Hotel that could be easily overlooked. It is on top of a parking garage. But once you take the elevator to the hotel it looks nothing like the dingy and grimy outside of the parking garage. It is most welcoming decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly and english is no problem (I wouldn't be surprised that even other languages are spoken by the staff). Our room was very clean and had a great view of the castle and some of the historic buildings surrounding the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of German cold cuts, fruit, cheese and many other things. The close proximity to the middle of town and to the Funicular to the castle (and the Christmas markets) makes this a great pick. I will makes this my hotel of choice when I return to Heidelberg.
