The experience was absolutely amazing.💕The price is very inexpensive for everything that are included in your stay. The breakfast and dinner were delicious there was a lot of food and it was very traditional. As we came for our birthdays the staff gave us presents. The Onsens both interior and outdoors were so relaxing and beautiful.♨️ This staff is so caring, do not hesitate to ask for help if you’re having trouble wearing your Yukata properly. I highly recommend going to this place, you really won’t regret it. By far the best place I stayed at during our one month trip to Japan🇯🇵👍 Thank you so much for receeving uf❤️ Love from France🇫🇷

Fuyu Bieguan Xinziyang is a Japanese hot spring heritage hotel, located halfway up the mountain, to soak in the open-air hot springs to go down the mountain long stairs, the atmosphere is full, the hot springs are really good, the food is also excellent.

The hotel is located by the river, and the rooms have river views. There is a parking lot outside the hotel. Women who arrive before 8 p.m. can borrow color yukata for free, and children's yukata are also provided. The bathhouse has indoor and outdoor open-air rooms on the top floor; there is a rest space on the basement floor that provides coffee, books and some table games. Facial cleansing and skin care products are also available at the front desk. The morning meal is a self-service Japanese breakfast on the third floor.

The minute you walk in, you relinquish your shoes. Everywhere is tatami and so we walk in our socks or indoor shoes, an immediate plus and relaxing moment. Our room was called The Annex. It is apart from the hotel. The Annex is Japanese with tatami and western beds, very comfortable. When we approached the front door, the views off the private garden were gorgeously dramatic mountain cliffs and there are views of other mountains and the stream from the other side of The Annex as well. Spacious and open and extremely comfortable. While many rooms come with a private dining room in the restaurant, the private eating room associated with the Annex also has another private garden with views of the mountains. A small note: All liquids in the frig are complimentary, nice touch! The service was excellent, well trained. The food was delicious even though we have many dietary limits - like no meat, pork, heavy oils. They accommodated our restrictions with delicious, fresh fish and vegetables and fruit. The onsens, even though public access as well, were clean and designed beautifully. We've been to many ryokans this year, mainly in Kyushu since we live here. This onsen had the most beautiful facilities - and the views were drop dead gorgeous. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the view from the onsen with the lounge chairs in the steaming water - and what an amazing onsen that was!!! After much thought, the only downside is the outdoor tub in the Annex, which is really not an onsen since it used chlorinated water and the two of us had to squeeze in. Having said that, we already booked our next stay in the spring and cannot wait to return.

As for the hotel, the staff and rooms are great. This is a great hotel that makes me want to go again. However, the staff (manager?) of the restaurant in the annex building is the worst. The front desk explained to me that there is no final order time, so I was told that it would be open until 9 o’clock, so I contacted him when I went around 8:15, I was in a hot spring, so I just passed here a little bit, which is also not good , But reminded the room, ”Aren't you coming?” I was late and it was terrible. However, when I went there, when the last order had passed I was cursed, I was waiting for the remaining two dishes, and now I put my mouth to be the last one, I quietly lowered the plate. A tricky response went. Why don't you drink the juice left in the room? Suggest and. As expected, I feel sad. It seems that the waiter from overseas is a very nice person. I am really sad because the food is delicious. The matcha milk syrup is too much, I can only drink two cups. As for the hotel, the staff is smiling, the room is clean and has 5 stars! The restaurant is the worst. This is not good, because I am late. But the response was sad.

Absolutely understated hotel style onsen resort with fully renovated facilities, decently sized rooms, clean onsen springs and most important of all, nice and sociable hotel staff with pleasant smiles. Bath tub with gorgeous mountain view will surely give you an unforgettable memory and the balcony with greenery mountain will give the tranquility and beauty of nature. Buffet style breakfast and dinner served with ample choices of delicious and quality foods. The ice cream is a must try! Last but not least, the relaxation room is full of fun for you to regain balance of body and mind after the taste of different onsen. A walk to the nearby riverside is a good day time activity! We will come again.

Very suitable for bringing children. The grandfather at the reception had a translation machine and asked me if I was Korean. The hot springs are superb, but remember to have a good meal, otherwise there will be nothing around. You can buy more food in the past. The service was super good, and the milk next to the hot spring was delicious and the bed was comfortable.
