We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Pampines Villa. The villa we stayed in huge with 3 beds on the 3rd floor, 2 beds on the second and 8 bunk beds on the 1st floor. It was airy and at the same time, warm enough at night to be comfortable despite the cold weather. Breakfast was really good at the L'amonia Cafe and Desserts. Service was excellent - responsive and unobtrusive. We will stay there again when we next visit Kundasang. The place is well-patronised and deserving of its popularity.

The hotel is a bit far from the town area and the road to the total is steeeeep! But the place is strategic which you can see mount Kota Kinabalu.

Clean and comfortable, house very big and garden well managed. Suitable for gathering and equipment entertainment inside the house.

Super lucky that we got a free upgrade from 2 rooms to a house by the host. The house was very clean, spacious, has all the things you need (living room with Astro TV channels and sofa, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster and baby chair, 2 toilets and both has toilet and shower with water heater). Breakfast provided was super good. View from room very nice. The only downside was the way there, quite a remote area, road is full of potholes. Highly recommended to stay if you’re travelling if a family or a group of 6.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities met all my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, making the trip enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and look forward to staying here again in the future. The location is great, right by the road and easy to find. There are many farmers selling durians along the way. Breakfast offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. There's a small town nearby with restaurants, so you don't need to drive. For being in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is quite good. It's also not far from Maragang Hill.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
