GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also plenty of parking. My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more.

OOh Xin HuiI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh.
The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet — the food was fresh and had a good variety.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

The Good:
• Contemporary Design: The room has a lovely, minimalist aesthetic. The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, ”homey” yet professional feel.
• Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers.
• Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience.
• Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively.
Verdict:
A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

JJF97My stay at TonAoi Grand Hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance issues in the room.
Upon check-in, I discovered that both the room door indicator light and the toilet light were not working. I reported the problems and requested a room change, but the reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The maintenance team came promptly to inspect the issues. While they managed to repair the toilet light, they were unable to fix the door light.
Later, I also found that the hair dryer was faulty and could not be used at all. In addition, the air conditioning was not performing well. Even when set to the maximum cooling level, the room never became sufficiently cold, making the stay less comfortable than expected.
I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance team and the staff's efforts to assist. However, it was frustrating to encounter multiple equipment failures in the same room. I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance checks and room inspections to ensure all facilities are in proper working condition before guests arrive.
