I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location was good making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions for example hatyai village .the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return on my next visit to this hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also plenty of parking. My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more.

The location of this accommodation is excellent. There's a pharmacy, souvenir shops, and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to get around.

This hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. The breakfast set offers a wide variety of choices, with complimentary drinking water and coffee, and even a coffee machine. It's located in the alley behind the Crystal Hotel. The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the train station, commercial area, and night market, so it might not be convenient for everyone to walk back and forth. However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

My stay at TonAoi Grand Hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance issues in the room. Upon check-in, I discovered that both the room door indicator light and the toilet light were not working. I reported the problems and requested a room change, but the reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The maintenance team came promptly to inspect the issues. While they managed to repair the toilet light, they were unable to fix the door light. Later, I also found that the hair dryer was faulty and could not be used at all. In addition, the air conditioning was not performing well. Even when set to the maximum cooling level, the room never became sufficiently cold, making the stay less comfortable than expected. I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance team and the staff's efforts to assist. However, it was frustrating to encounter multiple equipment failures in the same room. I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance checks and room inspections to ensure all facilities are in proper working condition before guests arrive.

This hotel is ok with the price , I can see it is well maintained . Even they had gone through the largest flood disaster last year . I chose not to haveng breakfast with my stay here because there are many good foods surrounding 😅 . I hope you do all the best , fighting ....🤟

The atmosphere is good, the service is very good. If you come during the fog, it will be very beautiful. I recommend contacting the room before going up. My friend arranged for a car to pick me up.
