Guest UserA Truly Heartfelt Stay — Hospitality That Felt Like Home ❤️
Our stay here was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of our Vietnam trip. The hospitality was simply top-notch. From the very first interaction, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, polite, and accommodating.
We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. They arranged complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and even offered us a complimentary discount on our honeymoon massage. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable.
What stood out the most, however, was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. They were always available whenever we needed anything. We would simply send a message, and they would take care of it. There was never a hesitation or a feeling that we were bothering them. Everything was handled with such warmth and kindness.
One of our most special memories was actually when we were leaving. The owner/manager personally asked us to sit with him, and we spent some time talking together. We took a photo, he offered us some fresh fruit, and even made us tea. His wife was equally warm and accommodating. That moment felt so personal and homely — it honestly didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like we were being hosted by people who genuinely cared about us.
There are stays where you remember the room, the location, or the facilities. And then there are stays where you remember the people. This was definitely the latter.
Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Sapa so warm, comfortable, and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality will genuinely stay with us for a long time. ❤️
Highly, highly recommended! If you’re visiting Sapa, don’t hesitate to stay here. The warmth of the people alone makes it worth it.

Bamboo Hotel in Sapa boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to reach all of Sapa's famous attractions, and the mountain views are truly spectacular. We traveled with family and friends this time, booking three rooms, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged them to be adjacent, showing exceptional overall service. The rooms are clean and bright, decorated in a distinctive mountain resort style, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is also excellent, effectively blocking out outdoor noise. When checking out, we accidentally left behind some personal belongings, and the hotel staff promptly notified us, which was very attentive. Communication with the front desk was smooth, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the local specialties being particularly outstanding. Overall, the value for money is considerable, making it a great place to stay for a vacation in Sapa.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

NizyxnWe booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet.
We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋).
Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days!
Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen!
Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe
Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service!
Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

D Home Sapa: A Memorable Stay in Charming Bungalows
My recent stay at D Home Sapa was truly a delightful experience, marked by beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. Nestled in the stunning landscape of Sapa, this property offers a unique combination of rustic charm and modern amenities that makes it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.
Breathtaking Views and Tranquil Atmosphere
One of the most remarkable features of D Home Sapa is its breathtaking views. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for.
Comfortable Accommodations
The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. The wooden interiors gave the bungalows a warm and homey feel, while modern touches added convenience without compromising the rustic charm. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views.
Warm Hospitality and Friendly Staff
The staff at D Home Sapa were genuinely friendly and attentive, significantly enhancing my experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home. They were eager to assist with any requests, providing valuable recommendations for local attractions, trekking routes, and dining options. Their deep knowledge of the area and willingness to share insights added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Access to Activities and Local Culture
D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes.
During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion.
Culinary Delights
Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Having the option to dine while gazing at the stunning landscapes only added to the overall experience.
Conclusion: A Hidden Gem in Sapa
In conclusion, my time at D Home Sapa exceeded all expectations. The combination of breathtaking views, comfortable bungalows, attentive staff, and access to local culture made for an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in the heart of Sapa, I highly recommend D Home Sapa for its charm and hospitality. I left with wonderful memories and a longing to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

HazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him.
The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.
