Guest UserA Truly Heartfelt Stay — Hospitality That Felt Like Home ❤️
Our stay here was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of our Vietnam trip. The hospitality was simply top-notch. From the very first interaction, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, polite, and accommodating.
We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. They arranged complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and even offered us a complimentary discount on our honeymoon massage. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable.
What stood out the most, however, was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. They were always available whenever we needed anything. We would simply send a message, and they would take care of it. There was never a hesitation or a feeling that we were bothering them. Everything was handled with such warmth and kindness.
One of our most special memories was actually when we were leaving. The owner/manager personally asked us to sit with him, and we spent some time talking together. We took a photo, he offered us some fresh fruit, and even made us tea. His wife was equally warm and accommodating. That moment felt so personal and homely — it honestly didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like we were being hosted by people who genuinely cared about us.
There are stays where you remember the room, the location, or the facilities. And then there are stays where you remember the people. This was definitely the latter.
Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Sapa so warm, comfortable, and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality will genuinely stay with us for a long time. ❤️
Highly, highly recommended! If you’re visiting Sapa, don’t hesitate to stay here. The warmth of the people alone makes it worth it.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

WhalefOur group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process.
The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure.
While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high.
Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them.
The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks.
In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Anonymous UserWonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

Anonymous UserThe location is central and very convenient. Bus company provides pick up and drop off service in this hotel’s area.
The panorama view from the balcony is excellent but available only from rooms at floors 5 and above.
Good mattress, good linen. Hot water.
Saw the staff eating breakfast together and allowed to partake of the buffet after breakfast service. This is a good point for me.
We had some concerns with the first room we had. We raised this with trip.com and the hotel management addressed the issues promptly.

hakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Guest UserDelasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning.
Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs.
The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him.
The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.
