It's okay ..they observe high level of hygiene Kids friendly..kids have alot to indulge in including swimming Good team building place...a lot of recreational activities to take part in including volleyball and water polo Has enough healthy food for all ages Good architecture.. buildings and hotel itself

The food was to satisfaction,their customers service was on another level,I rate it at 5 Star,the rooms were excellent but the only problem was mosquitoes,the hotel location is in a nice place and the view is amazing,You guyz have really nice people,we appreciate for making our stay lively.

The Beds and pillows in the rooms are comfortable,we really enjoyed the activities organized the hotel like the pool volleyball,playing darts,pool table..the show in the evening,acrobats made it more lively The Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay…i got sick the next day after we arrived and the hotel staff ensured i was taken to hospital and made follow up to ensure i was ok during our stay,special thanks to Mr. Ndungu for ensuring a swift process.Thank you so much the entire NCBH for the friendly and excellent customer service,our stay was awesome and hope to come back for a longer stay. The buffet was awesome and fresh foods with varieties. It was fun and loved every bit of our stay

The service was superb,The environment is also quiet a nice place to relax with family. From the reception, to the restaurant, the entertainment team, and all the staffs are very friendly and above all welcoming. The meals are fresh. Will make sure to come back.

Amazing and friendly staff. Special recognition to Mugo- the supervisor who always checked on & ensured our welfare was well catered, chefs Moses and Patrick for the most delicious meals and support in arranging meals for 2 infants, very friendly Grace and Agnes at the reception and the animation team at the swimming pool checking on our children. The hotel, though small, has adequate facilities to enjoy the stay and the beach is not crowded. We had a memorable vacation!

the staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful. Kudos to manager David, Agnes and Stephen. However, it was a very strange visit for us. We appeared to be the only guests staying at this large, nicely landscaped hotel complex. Being the only guests, seemed to have things moving quite slowly. We were only there because we had a cancelled flight from Vipingo and scrambled to find somewhere relatively nearby. Food was good enough and our room, right by the beach was comfortable.

I came with my friends for a weekend.The ambience of the hotel is something else.Great and friendly stafff.Clean pool that will make you want to be in the water the whole day.Checkin was smooth Faith at the reception was very helpful.Will be back soon.
