Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Eine bessere Bewertung können wir leider nicht vergeben , weil der Rezeptionist mit dem Gästeaufkommen -phasenweise - überfordert war und auf Fragen oder Hinweise sehr unsouverän reagierte .

We hadden een leuk verblijf in dit hotel Mooie, nette kamer, heerlijk ontbijt en lekker diner (1 x buffet en 1 x a la carte) Het hotel heeft ook een leuke sauna om wat te relaxen Vriendelijk personeel Het enige jammere vond ik dat je 6 euro per dag moet betalen op je auto te parkeren op het domein en dat er bij het uitchecken nog eens 15 euro aangerekend wordt per persoon waarvan ik nog steeds niet begrijp waarom Voor het overige een leuk en goed verblijf gehad

The room was okay, it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The spa area was also closed when I was there, even though I tried to visit during the opening times. In a bit of an out of the way location

Het verblijf was in het algemeen prima, we hadden een golfarrangement met ook avondeten erbij en verbleven twee dagen. Het eten was erg lekker, zowel ontbijt als avondeten. Twee negatieve ervaringen wil ik graag delen: 1. Bij aankomst in het hotel gingen we meteen eten. We kwamen het restaurant binnen en nog voordat we zaten hadden we het menu al, werd er gevraagd welke keus we hadden gemaakt op het menu. Redelijk apart. De 'hoofdober' was nogal een 'slavendrijver' zoals we in het NLs zeggen. 2. We hadden op de laatste dag nog een dag golfen staan en omdat op de site hetvolgende stond 'Relaxation in the wellness area with swimming pool and saunas (also included on the day of arrival and departure during opening hours)' vroeg ik bij de receptie of we na de dag golfen nog even terug konden komen om een snelle duik in het zwembad te doen en dan te vertrekken. Nou dat was niet mogelijk meer. Dus volgens mij moeten jullie de tekst op de site aanpassen en zeggen dat bij dag van vertrek het zwembad tot check out time beschikbaar is, niet tijdens openingstijden. Ook de houding van de man achter de receptie was zogezegd niet erg klantvriendelijk. Mij gaf dit op onze dag van vertrek een slecht gevoel en zou dan ook het hotel niet direct aanbevelen bij andere mensen.

Schönes angenehmes Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Besonders gut waren die Abendessen, die wir mitgebracht hatten als Menü. Vermisst haben wir nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel können wir auf jedenfalls weiter empfehlen.

Wir sind seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig im Trans World Hotel in Much zu Gast und können nur Positives berichten. Das Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die eine Auszeit vom Alltag suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das uns jedes Mal herzlich empfängt und unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind stets sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, was für uns ein wichtiger Aspekt ist. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Komfort großen Wert gelegt wird. Der Sauna- und SPA-Bereich ist ein weiteres Highlight – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft! Die wunderschöne Landschaft rund um das Hotel lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch kulinarisch bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet eine tolle Auswahl, die jeden Geschmack trifft. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen – hier genießt man hervorragende Gerichte in einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue auf unser erholsames Wochenende im Trans World Hotel und können es allen nur wärmstens ans Herz legen!
