Very good hotel & nice atmosphere staff is very cooperative. All over my stay was good. Food is also good.

Don't go for this hotel, no hygiene maintained, lots of mosquitoes, terrible room condition. Hotel doesn't provide range of breakfast items. They have only puri bhaji that too limited to one plate only. Anything more than that is chargeable.

A worst hotel to stay there. Experience was horrible. I would never recommend anybody to go there. Staff was very bas. Room were dirty and having bad smell. The experience was really horrible. And the location was like horrible

Actually pictures shown are totally different from real. The price and service as per the hotel is too high. Other guests booked from the hotel have paid inr. So i wasted my money by booking.

Location: hotel horizon inn is situated off main roads. Auto rickshaw is easily available there. The property is situated at one end of the start of the slum areas. Facade: it requires complete renovation. It doesn't seem nice to your eyes. Rooms: the room and washroom were clean but they were too small. You would find all the required amenities for your pretty short stay. Food/ breakfast: i wouldn't recommend anyone to go with the inclusion of breakfast as there will always be 2 options - bread butter and poha or bread butter and up-ma with unflavored tea, like without ginger or elaichi, etc. Got a rude reply from one of the staff upon asking why they can't add ginger, he mentioned the market opens up at 10 am so they don't have ginger. The one i had ordered was given to some other guests. Do not opt for breakfast, it will save your money. Since the property and rooms are small there isn't any sort of room service. However, whatever you order you would get it in the room. Overall, in my opinion this property is good only if you have to stay for a night. Not recommended for business leisure travellers. This is only for staggers who have some day work and have to get back the following morning. It was an average stay. You can opt for this if no other property in mumbai is available. Room photo

The hotel was horrible smelly as per the ratings and make my trip ratings it was worst of all so many bedbugs mosquitoes smelly pillows and bed the worst nightmare you get my half refund of this !

Excellent hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. The breakfast and meals we had were very good. The location was good.
