Hotel location is good but doesn't seem to be 3 star hotel. Breakfast included was just okay and need lot of improvement for better customer experience as good as 2 or 3 star hotel. Pols work on hygiene and overall cleanliness in rooms.

Room size and comfort are not as per the rate charged. Overall ambience is not friendly .this is not the right location for anyfamily to stay as outside there are daily vendors commercial daily activities remains on

Zero service to customer at emergency situations by the hotel as well as makemytrip. No execeptions and no contingency plan. Unsatisfactory responses in terms of cancellation in emergency situations. Make my trip does not have any plan for cancellation at exceptions. Even the loyal customer of makemytrip is unhappy and they dont serve them well. They just convince the hotel for booking but cannot convince them for cancellation. Not at all recommended

I am very disappointed. Very poor rooms poor location so so bad quality of food. I have left my breakfast in between. Staff were not friendly at all. They were very very rude. I am a travel vloger. I informed them earlier give me nice room and nice service. But they were so rude. In the night there were cockroaches in the room.

Hotel was average but the location was really worst. Staff was ok but don’t expect much service as there is nothing at hotel other than an average room. We went for breakfast but after seeing the buffet we couldn’t try to have it. Looks like food was made before a day. Nothing was freshly made. Don’t eat food at hotel. Stay there if you need a room to freshen up only. There was tatasky in tv but not recharged. So if you cannot find any better hotel then stay there for room only. Please don’t try food.
