Hotel Bawa Suites

I booked this hotel from the company staff and the room was smaller than the pictures they posted

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings. The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

Sunil. Sachin. Mahendra. Durai. Pravin ... these were my fine housekeeping staff who looked after me so very well. The room service staff were friendly and efficient and the front desk reception staff were very helpful and kind. The doorman, Sanghit, was quite a character and went out of his way to help me obtain what I was seeking and knew his way around the local environment.

My wife and I have just completed a 15 day visit to Mumbai and stayed at Bawa Suites in Linking Rd Bandra.. And very happy staying there for that time.. The staff in all areas of the business was excellent, from the housekeeping team to the reception staff, from the restaurant staff to the cleaning team, .Nothing was too much trouble.. They made our stay very comfortable and as we were here to have dental work done at DentZZ we did eat in our room a lot and the in room dining menu and food was tasty and delicious and very reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfasts were also excellent down in the restaurant and again service there was caring and attentive. I have to come back to finish of crowns on implants next year with DentZZ and will definitely be staying here again...Thankyou again to everybody at Bawa Suites for making our stay and visit to Mumbai memorable Merillyn and Gordon Rose Australia

We had a great experience, the room and bed are comfortable and clean. There is pay TV to enjoy as well as air conditioning. The professional staff are always happy to help and special mention to Pravin, Situram and Sanjit who went above and beyond. Thanks guys

Hospitality at Bawa Suites is second to none! Many thanks to Housekeeping staff Sunil, Sachin, Rajib, Mahendra and Durai as well as Laxmi, Nadeem, Lakshman and Bhumi at the restaurant. All of them made my stay super comfortable. Location is excellent

Mahendra, Pravin, Rajib and Sarwan were very helpful and caring staff members. They were always available to take care of our requirements and room service. They were extremely polite and did their job with utmost sincerety. Really happy with the staff at Bawa.

Good responsive service. Room was always cleaned well and staff were happy to fit in with my wishes as per timing of cleaning. Mahendra was the person in charge of the team and always made sure I was happy with the service. The rooms are good for the area and everything works as it should.
