Hotel Juhu Plaza

An ok hotel for a short stay. Had come for work in mumbai. Only issue was there was smoke smell in the room.

The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were subpar, making our stay uncomfortable. *issues* - unhygienic rooms - poor room service - unresponsive staff - lack of basic amenities *would not recommend* this hotel to anyone. There are better options available in the same price range.

Hotel stay very good and room service is good staff is very good. Hotel location are good for stay

This is to bring to your notice that my recent experience at juhu plaza was nothing short of a nightmare i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies i will cite the reasons below 1. Poor customer service ( general manager was downright rude and arrogant) 2. My guests were not allowed to visit me, and i was in mumbai for a doctor's check-up. Ii was made to talk to them in a meeting room with no provision of fan or air condtioning. 3. There were 3 day shift managers. All of them were downright disgrace to the hotel. They did not care for any customer grievances i repeat once again that i would never again recommend this nightmare of an experience to anyone yogendra tripathi

Worst rooms are allocated for makemytrip booking. Can't expect the worst behaviour at reception counter. Property is at prime location but not worth the rates they are asking.

Hotel is old but real value for money . Rooms are nice and right next to Juhu beach . Room service etc are fine too . Staff is polite and helpful

I asked for extending my stay one more day. Payment of stay was done in advance. But small bill of food was due for the day. Which they insisted to pay immediately by calling 3 times. They also didn’t let me book the stay for extended stay and wanted me to pay for rest of the stay in advance. Room was spacious. Bathroom had no additional facility like hair dryer or so. Cleanliness was good. Mattress quality was bad. Spring noise was coming. Less firm. Ac was working properly. Tv was useless without internet or any useful channels.

Location is good but standards very poor. Hygeine and cleanliness poor. Housekeeping poor. Guess for the low tarif cant expect more for location.

Ek hi tampratur par ac chal raha tha, ac ka remote control availabel hi nahi tha, room services acha nahi tha, stay unsafe lag raha tha, bathroom me pura tuta tha, room en-trey me bhi tuta futa tha, muje nahi laga ke mane hot me sty a kiya hai please don't book hotel, very poor services not recommended for family.
