Manager was so errogent, he refuse just to change the bedsheet as it was torn. I just made a request but he start shouting that you can go some where else we font change anything in this category of room

The overall experience was satisfactory, however, it is worth noting that the hotel lacks an on-site restaurant due to its proximity to a nearby petrol station.

I got the room at 12.45 on arrival when my check in was at 12 however today check out I was asked to leave at 12 had to remind them that hey gave me room late Also cockroaches in room

Hotel balwas is quite okay for single person in double bedded room. For two people in double bedded room is very small n congested.
