The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean.

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration;
Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean;
Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet
Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby managers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice.

Brand new hotel, great food and service. Good value for Mumbai hotels. My room had a sea view and free snacks in the mini bar which was nice. The restaurant had a good pan Asian selection. Front desk service from Kajal was exemplary. Overall I’d recommend this hotel for business or even leisure stay.

Location is good juhu. On the internet looks big property, however it's a boutique hotel. Food court / lounge is good and variety is also good with a nice hospitality. However rooms are just average and the interiors are not done to hyatt standard.
