Very central location, good transport links. Tram and subway right in front of the building. Checking in at the machine or online may require some trial and error. Facilities minimal but clean. No elevator.

Arrived at the hotel after a busy day. My work had arranged this hotel and had a link via email. The system did not recognize the booking code. Then I searched for my name and I got a card. What I could come in with. But not in the room. An employee told me that I could activate the door via the telephone. While I was on the phone, the employee got the door open. And in the meantime I had been clicking on the hotel's internet page. After which I returned the non-working passes. Slept wonderfully. Nice room and breakfast the next morning. Excellent breakfast by the way. There the same employee told me that I had two rooms. I wasn't sure if my company paid for the room. And then I paid the amount upon arrival and then declared it. So now we have paid for two rooms. Logging in and getting your card for the room is confusing. Now I have to mention that I have ADHD. And that my medication is already starting to wear off around the time of arrival. And that means that performing simple tasks takes a large amount of energy and confusion quickly occurs. Now you will say, take some more medication. But then I don't sleep anymore. I also heard travelers in the lobby asking for help logging in. After my visit on the return trip, I received a number of emails saying "open your door". And discount codes etc. But I think the point should be. If someone without ADHD already has difficulty with this procedure. How is someone with ADHD supposed to endure this torture and go to sleep peacefully? Because that is a terrible feeling when you stand in front of a closed hotel room. And when you've completed a 13-hour work day, that's what you're really ready for. End the day and have a nice hotel room. So you can relax and recharge for another long day of work and return journey. Everything was good about the hotel. But provide a better login system. A QR code that is read at the entrance. a simple but clear email with ADHD-friendly layout. We are not stupid, but sometimes we do need a little help in a world full of stimuli. Such as pop-ups, discount codes and... hey, that's a nice poster... what was I doing again... oh yes, I hope for an ADHD-friendly world. But that starts with friendly emails and a little understanding of something that someone without ADHD won't understand. Thank you for reading. Hope for an ADHD friendly login method for these types of companies. Because believe me, even buying a train ticket sometimes takes the greatest effort. Kind regards, Erwin Müskens

This is an awful place! I don’t know how they have the nerve to call it a hotel. No staff, everything is automated, rooms are like prison cells in a punishment block, not enough pillows… I could go on, but it would be too depressing to read. Stay somewhere else!

Quite lovely from the outside, and pretty decent location. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite sad and uninspiring and definitely in the need of an upgrade and the staff not helpful at all - if they are even there when you need them. Self-check in didn't initially work for us.

First the positive: + perfect location close to the old town and right at the exit of the Max-Weber-Platz subway station + quiet, as the rooms are in the back building + floors in the room make a good impression But: - checking in at the self-service terminal requires patience (and unfortunately you also stand in the wet. Why isn't the device in the lobby?) - room 102 is on the ground floor. Anyone can look into the room from the inner courtyard because there are no curtains or frosted glass film. You don't want to close the blackout curtains all day. - unfortunately there were cobwebs all over the curtains and on the ceiling - no wardrobe, just a coat rack and open desk compartments (which weren't cleaned thoroughly, thick layer of dirt) - it was impossible to shower without flooding the whole bathroom - this caused mold on the walls - towel rail wobbled and was no longer firmly attached to the wall - sliding door to the bathroom opened automatically - there are 2 sockets by the bed, but no storage space - the light switches by the bed are awkwardly placed. If you sit up, you can reach it directly and turn on the light - in the evening the room card suddenly stopped working. We stood in front of the room door for 10 minutes without being able to open it. We only managed to open it using our cell phone. The receptionist said: this happens often. You need patience. The system freezes occasionally, but eventually it works again. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is not right here. 100 euros per night is unfortunately far too much.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Walls out of paper, wifi doesn't work, lights don't work. Extremly rude "receptionist", don't care about guests, no human really working there (only during breakfast), machine for check-in/check out don't work, if it snows and there are centimeters of ice and snow, they don't do anything about it and you can actually watch people get injured due to the slippiness. Breakfast is 15 euros for a few meat spreads and one roll per Person (no eggs etc).

The room wasn't really cleaned, old stains in the toilet, hairs on my bedside table. The wall in the shower was made out of glass, so you had to look the other way the whole time. The door in the toilet also had a small gap you could see through. The lights in the toilet were basically non existent. Just not at all what we expected compared to the pictures on internet. The contact through Airbnb wasn't that great either, we didn't know how late we had to leave. We were able to get into out room from 2 a.m. But the reception was open untill exactly 2 a.m. So we had to get out room tickets by our selves at a self check-in which worked really bad and slow. I guess it had a TV, that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

The hotel is very centrally located and I have to say my room was very quiet, but the price-performance ratio is just not right. I would never go there as a couple. No privacy at all. The toilet has a sliding door that can't even be closed. I'm very picky when it comes to cleaning, but I think that's a given in a hotel. The shower head is tiny and until the water starts to warm up and the amount of water that runs out means it takes a while to finish showering. The cleaning is only superficial. There's thick dust on the windows, cobwebs and dust on the heating pipes around the heating, you have to clean it again, you can see that when you wipe the floor. The skirting board on the top of the bed is also dusty, you have to wipe it with a cloth every time a guest checks out. Unfortunately, the shelf is also dusty... Cleaning was an absolute flop and that for the price. The only positive thing was that the bed was cozy and comfortable and the location. I don't think I would book it again.
