The property location is great, 20 min on foot to Marienplatz / Karlsplatz. The room is good and cozy, however the sink location is confusing (it is in the corridor, outside of the bathroom), it is literally in the room :D
Thankfully, the toilet has a proper door, but shower cabin is transparent and it is separated from the sleeping area with a curtain, a bit awkward as well.
All in all, good place, has its own restaurant with pinsas and decent locker room for 4 eur only.
The price per night is unfairly high though:/

It’s really a nice experience in this hotel!!! Nice & big rooms, good environment, great facilities, kind people, & cheap locker (€3.00 for 24 hours, if I recall correctly).
The last but not least is that you can get free water whenever the bar starts, which is warm hearted to those live inside this hotel.
I will definitely come again when my next visit to Munich!
P.S. We booked 2 different rooms, and both were fantastic!

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber and gemütlich. Der Frühstück war such ganz lecker. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr günstigen Bezirk, nahe an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und an verschiedenen Museen und den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt. Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich!

Tolles Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer sehr engagiert. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und haben ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Dieses Hotel ist leider nicht Serviceorientiert. Verfügt allerdings über unfreundliches Personal, welches auch nicht Lösungsorientiert ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und verfügen über keinen Schrank oder ähnliches .Für den Preis hätte ich tatsächlich etwas anderes erwartet Schade die Lage ist recht gut

The Hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the center. It has an internal garage for a fee (21 euros per day). The check-in staff is young and smiling. The rooms are quite small although overall welcoming. The fact of not having a mini bar in the room is VERY negative. For a 4 star I would say unacceptable. NO ITALIAN TELEVISION TUNE IN. With a clientele made up largely of Italians this is unacceptable. They give you a bottle of sparkling and non-carbonated mineral water on request but it is a palliative. You have to tell the reception every morning to make up your room otherwise they won't do it. Rather bizarre habit. EXCELLENT breakfast with a large and always replenished buffet. Paid bike rental service (VERY NEGATIVE!) A hotel that professes to be eco friendly must provide this service for free. For a 4 star it was quite expensive. Maybe there's better.
