Everything is great. The only thing is that the cold water didn't flow well. Otherwise, the hotel is super. The lift is 30 meters. Clean. The room is excellent.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with the true Viceroy signature style. It s a perfect fit for a winter atmosphere with style. Access to the skiing is just at the doorstep.
The main restaurant used for breakfast is having a variety of food covering a cosmopolitan range and include authentic local specialies. Great job! Pique bar is a bit disappointing for the food but remains a great place for a drink after ski! Highly recommended hotel and certainly the most stylish in Kopaonik!

It is my second time, everything was great - location (just in front you can ski), all type of room/suites (i was in queen bedroom last year and Karaman suite this year), Mountain kitchen, bar, gym and pool.stuff PERFECT. No better place for winter holidyas for family
