Washroom tap was not working, not up to the mark considering price. Not recommended. Wifi range was not coming in all rooms.

Utterly disappointed. Dirty bathroom. Itchy bed. Bed room of dust. Uncomfortable bed. Plz. Plz. Dont book this hotel at all.

Room and toilet was not clean, eventhough, we booked with breakfast option, they said the breakfast will be ready by 8 30 am in the morning. We left the hotel witout having breakfast. And they didnt provided refund of the breakfast. The hot water supply is for 7 am to 11 am and 7 pm to 9 pm. Its really difficult to take bath in the cold climate of munnar other than these timings. I want to suggest to everyone, please dint book lumino dwellings by seeing the pictures of hotel I dint took the pictures of room as i do-sent like it. The experience was terrible.

Not good at all. Staffs are good and helpful, but room's don't have windows, ventilation is zero. Barely two three rooms have windows, so booking from site won't get you an actual room you saw. Hotel's around lumino are far r far r better, if you could get some contacts then it's better, search this hotel in google maps and locate the nearby hotels from there you'll get their contact no. And get yourself a good room.

Overall good experience. Receptionist was also good and helpful. I love mr. An-war who helped me a lot with many ways.

The location is convenient and the room is super fine with required facilities, however the restaurant service is on demand based

Average stay. Bed is not comfortable and dirty. Long used old bedsheets. We asked for cleaning. Nobody came. No staff support and all.
