Hotel without great luxuries, but with great comfort and services.

The location for what we were looking for was close by. Easy to park on the street. The center is a 20-minute walk away and easy to get to, all in a straight line. Correct facilities. Adequate buffet breakfast. Large room with air conditioning and full bathroom. Attentive and pleasant staff

Overall a decent stay in a nice hotel, but bathrooms need updating. The shortcomings in the level of bathroom facilities were mitigated by excellent staff.

Good and convenient hotel. Room is very good, breakfast is great, located near shop area (Mercadona, Carrefour), parking place available. Great choice for group or family or for business trip. Staff is very kind!

easy to find the perfect hotel. parking underground parking ( fee ) only fault we could find was the view from a window which was of crashed cars ?? really staff in hotel very helpful. ideal if your going to the bullring only a ten-minute walk which is flat but what I would say is have a chat with hotel staff before you set off as sat nav took us via a very poor and run-down area and would defo not feel safe at night walking back to hotel stick to the main road and you should be fine. didn't dine so do not comment would we stay here again yes if going to a concert at bullring! as a footnote i would say beds are so so hard like sleeping on concrete?

We spent a week at the Azarbe. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is very good. There is a menu of the day which is excellent value and plenty of choice for breakfast. The most outstanding thing about the Azarbe is the amazing staff, particularly the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They even booked a dentist appointment for me when I lost a tooth on the Friday night. Sara was especially helpful and friendly, as we're the two gentlemen on the desk. The waiter in the breakfast room brought me gluten free products every morning when we went in. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

My first impression of the hotel was its staff. Very nice and helpful. We booked a room where parking was included and without breakfast, so the rating of the hotel and its area is without the breakfast part. The room was very large and faced the street, blackout curtains which was a big plus. The rooms are not soundproof and you will hear cars playing bassmusic when they stop for the red sign and doors banging in the corridor. There was a fridge in the room and AC at no extra cost. Security box probably cost money, we didn't use it. The area in which the hotel is located is on a car street so not many shops so the nearby area is okey and there is a large Mercadona is very close. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the center. An ok walk during the day but I wouldn't recommend it in the evening. There is a very run down residential area that you pass, that wouldn't feel safe in the evening. Even during the day, we noticed some strange people who stood out, so we took the car to the city in the evening. There are several 4 stars hotel in the area and they cant help the bad neighboorhood and this is so strange because you can go through an area and first it feels safe, then no and then yes. Its just this 5-10 minutes walk through the residentas area that didnt feel safe so avoid if possible that area.

Reasonable price, good neigborhood, quiet, clean and follows health protocols. Served Continental breakfast so for my 3 nights stay, I have the same breakfast every day. Room is large for single traveler. Accessible to bus and taxi to get to downtown. Staff are friendly and communicates in English as well. Highly recommended hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious with good lighting and views. Very good service, as well as attention. Everything complete and easy to access. The location is good and we didn't try the food

We have been wonderful that is why we have returned. The treatment is very good and the facilities are very good. What I don't like is having to reach 200 characters to give my opinion, next time I won't do the survey.
