Very friendly and very clean love the hotel every body is so friendly and very helpful nothing is too much love going to this hotel rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable it’s a lovely place to stay hopefully going back again next year

I’m staring at this hotel first week in September 2024. Pro’s Nice SPA Decent gym (for feee weights but not cardio) Good food Friendly staff and good service. Con’s Pool scene is so quiet and boring - no music / activities. Evening entertainment not great / bar is virtually dead. Smoking and vaping is encouraged around the pool . Safe very small - don’t bring a laptop! If you are looking for an extremely quiet holiday this will probably work for you. If you are looking for something with a bit of life, things going on then this hotel doesn’t hit the mark.

The hotel is extremely clean and the reception is very aesthetically pleasing with the best smell! The food was not great, little options and generally not very hot. We went all inclusive but not all drinks were all inclusive which is very misleading. We went to the BBQ night and they tried to sell us on premium meat? I feel like they try and get more and more money. There was a lack of atmosphere around the pool. I feel there Should have been a little more music. I used to get excited when the lady come out for water aerobics because it meant some lively music. Also, the fountains come on once at 12:30pm and then again at 9:00pm doesn't make sense. The staff seem very uninterested maybe as coming to end of season, Julian the waiter in the restraunt was rude because as we were a parry of 2 we sat on a table of 4 but there must of been 3 other tables in the whole restaurant fair enough if it was busy but to be rude and to huff was unacceptable. Live entertainment should start at 8:30/9pm. The room was clean but on the small side. Overall was an okay stay. Luckily only 5 minutes walk away from some nice restaurants and bars next time I'd come back, but just as room only.

What an amazing place. The staff are welcoming at Reception, all the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of departure you have to check-out by 11am, however the AI lasts until 3pm. Reception will provide you with a towel if you want to shower at the Spa before departure which is a nice touch. Our rooms were on the first floor, our pool view balcony was obstructed by a huge plant, but this just gave us a bit more privacy from the pool area. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were serviced daily. The safe is available to rent at 4 euro a day and a 10 euro refundable deposit. The pool is a nice size with sunbeds plentiful, for those wanting a quieter area there is a second grassed area behind the main bar which also had various seating areas. If you need to hire a towel there is a 10 euro deposit. Be aware that as it is a tiled floor space, when wet it becomes an ice-rink, I actually slipped when raining and ended up hurting my leg and ankle. The sunbeds are metal as are the tables and I did cut myself on the corner of the table - i now have a very spectacular bruise to show for it. The spa has its own pool, complete with jacuzzi and treatments are available. The gym is located at the facility across the road. There is a sauna but you need to give the Spa 20 mins warning so that they have get the sauna heated to temperature. Food in the Restaurant was plentiful with plenty of choice each meal time. The poolside lunch was fresh and there was no sightings of stale bread with curled crusts at any point during the duration of our stay. All-Inclusive allowed for a nice range of cocktails including the cocktail of the day. Bar closes at 12pm prompt. The BBQ at the facility across the road is an absolute must. The food and ambience is great, with outside dining available, which was great until the mosquitoes came out for their dinner. There was Citronella spray available to use but we just moved inside. Our server Lucia was amazing. She was so entertaining and so helpful. Now for the downsides - even as a party of four, they will only allow 2 drinks per person, so we always needed to go as a pair to order drinks. There is no outside dining area with the main dining area which I was quite disappointed with as there is nothing better than breakfast in the sun. The pool in the Spa is cold - we were expecting it to be warm so were disappointed that the water was the same temperature as the outdoor pool. The downsides do not outweigh the positives of the hotel and not only would I fully recommend the hotel, we will be sure to return due to the staff and facilities.

just come back from 1 week all inc, if you love all inclusive holidays you will LOVE this hotel. for all my anxious people out there regarding food etc I can honestly say this is the only time ever I've nor been anxious about the food at a hotel! such a huge variety every night, all piping hot! very impressive. I also had ice in all of my drinks all week and had no issues! the hotel is beautifully decorated really modern, room was on the small side but that really didn't bother us. all of the staff were so lovely and helpful. also, loads of reviews mentioned the 8am sunbed rush, we didn't find this.. we went for breakfast at around 8.30am/9am and dropped the towels off then, there was always plenty at that time, towards lunchtime it did get busy though all in all 10/10 holiday!
