Grupotel Los Príncipes & Spa

Very comfortable room with lovely beds & the fluffiest pillows I’ve ever come across. It was like sleeping in the clouds! Staff were all very friendly & helpful and our room was kept clean. The dining room was quite large and self service but there was always a huge choice of food both at breakfast & dinner. Very pleased to find there was a limited breakfast available on the day of our departure as we were leaving at 6:15 am, I would visit this hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach . Plenty of sunbeds to use but if you want one on the beach you have to pay the beach concession . €15pd for two beds and a straw umbrella shade . We stayed in a delux sea view room on 5th floor which was an excellent . Newly refurbished. Breakfast buffet is one of the best and on a par with top end cruise ships . Staff were accommodating at all times . The hotel put on live entertainment in the evening which was varied but passed a couple of hours away. Swimming pool great with walk in steps for easy access and segregated kids area . Nice pool bar for a drink or snack and for a hotel reasonably priced . All three n all would recommend for couples or family break

Absolutely loved this hotel. From the German manager to the French Maintenance man via the front desk and restaurant staff. We booked 2 rooms with fantastic showers and air con. Wonderful views of the sea that's only a few steps away. Pristine water and soft golden sand that has many lovely restaurants nearby. I had to read how anyone could give this hotel a 1 star review and I think it's obvious that by the tone of their comments it's them, not the hotel, that has problems. I am English by the way but I don't have a chip on my shoulder. I treat others the way I would like to be treated. It always works. Will go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay and we were delighted to return. We chose an apartment which is a good size for us. The apartment has a small kitchen area with all you could need for cooking and the bathroom is a good size. I have to note the bedroom bed was extremely comfortable! There are 3 pools which are always clean and well maintained, one of which is heated which was perfect for the baby. The spa pool is adult only but they do offer kids treatments which is cute. The restaurant is clean and staff are pleasant and helpful. Good variety of salads, pastas and breads. The desserts will always have something to suit everyone's taste. We were relieved to discover that men can now wear smart shorts for an evening meal, which is a great change in our opinion. On balance there is not much we can criticise, we had a lovely stay and hope to return. But I think the children's play park is in need of some maintenance now. Perhaps the sand could do with being cleaned up. The kids enjoyed it anyway, just an observation from us. I would like to mention the female life guard was brilliant again and the entertainment man and lady were fun and joyful. The children loved the kids disco. The reception team were happy and helpful whenever we needed them. The staff in the bar in the evening and at the pool bar were great too. A bit about the area for those who aren't sure. It's around 55 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is directly onto the sandy beach. Behind the hotel is the main road to through area, lots of restaurants and shops to visit. Further down the road, to the right, only a few minutes walk is a larger supermarket which has everything you could need. The best tapas again was a place over the road S'Albufera. If you want a hire car there are plenty of places to choose. Pollença is a great market on a Sunday and only 20-25 minutes drive.
