Muscat Hotels with Free Breakfast

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with beautiful and spacious rooms. The luxurious ELEMIS cosmetics in the rooms and the ubiquitous AMOUAGE in the common areas. I had a CLUB room where I was mostly alone. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served in the CLUB LOUNGE. The selection was small but everything tasted very good and I would like to thank the staff for their great personal approach and warmth. The rooftop pool with warm water and the very spacious wellness area were very pleasant. Those who like shopping will definitely appreciate that the hotel is located right next to the 2 largest shopping centers. I recommend the hotel for a very pleasant facilities and good services. One last piece of advice: If you call the OTAXI taxi service, walk down from the main entrance of the hotel to the entrance of the shopping center. The price will be 4 times less :-)

Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

Kempinski left a great impression. Elegant, discreet, noble, minimalist hotel. Since the sea is nearby, there is a specific smell in the room due to the constant humidity, although this may be because the room was on the 0th floor. Immediately after cleaning it disappears, but then appears again. My accommodation option is HB. For those who love to eat delicious food, this is the smartest choice. Dinners are very varied, there really is something for every taste: meat, fish, desserts, appetizers - the variety is simply mind-boggling! Themed dinners are also organized. Thus, one of the evenings was dedicated to Turkish cuisine. The pool is great. There are even 2 of them. One with access to the beach. The beach may not be the most impressive. Here, depending on what you compare with. The hotel area is small. There is an area around where many expats live. A few steps away is a pleasant embankment, with a yacht pier, numerous cafes, and a shopping center. A wonderful option for walking, either in the morning or in the evening. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember all your preferences the first time and are always ready to help. On the eve of check-in, I received a questionnaire in which the hotel asked me to indicate my wishes and preferences. I wrote about a later check-out and the hotel confirmed this possibility to me without charging additional payment.

The girl at the front desk is Filipino and very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, which was really lucky. However, only half of the bathroom and toilet in the suite were closed, and the other half had no door, so water easily overflowed when taking a shower. Everything else is fine.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. The bed not comfortable and Tarun tools is not call available like pray math like shoes another stuff. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. And rooms is very tiny and small I hope you can look into all this things

We stayed 2 separate nights, before and after visiting Nizwa. Good stay, nice breakfast. Reasonable rates for what we needed. It is a basic, but that's all that we wanted for 2x 1 night stays. We also managed to get ba*****t carparking, which was a bonus. Suggest the hotel removes the awful ipad in the lifts with the very poor sound with a proper digital system - it is just annoying otherwise.

The room is spacious, the service is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Apart from the expensive breakfast, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very convenient to be close to the airport

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.
