It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. Breakfast is good for taking children. The space is very comfortable. Compared to the narrow space of the hotel, the space here is simply too convenient to say that the location is super convenient and the largest mall in Oman. If you like to cook for yourself, you can buy ingredients in the Carrefour store. There is a separate parking lot at the door and there is a taxi for a long time, but the taxi must be told first. The price is strongly recommended for the whole family.

The former Sumerset apartments - nowadays Levatio suites are a good choice to stay in Muscat. Location is just perfect, parking in front of the hotel free, connected directly to Panorama Mall. Rooms: very spacious, with a living room and a kitchenette (kettle, fridge, microwave..) and a bedroom (separated by door) - from the bedroom opens the bathroom. For this type of apartment (1 bedroom apartment) you have 2 balconies - due to size of the balcony there is no space for terrace furniture. Bed is comfortable, the bath may need a bit of renovation and more attention by cleaning, but all in one is very good. There is also a roof pool, sauna and fitness center at the property with no extra charge. Staff: extremely kind and helpful, nice and even the reservation department was open for all our requests (early check-in, information about the city, location) and recommendation for breakfast and snacks at Gloria Jeans were also useful. Staff and location made our stay 10*.

Price is ok Only basic items, such as body washes and toothbrushes, were not included but will be delivered upon request. The soundproofing was not bad and there are many people staying at low prices for a long time. For meals, it was 3omr (in my case I went to the restaurant separately in the morning) and it was good for vegetarians or small eaters. At that time, it is said that there is a change in the menu.

A great hotel for long term stay. They gave me a great deal when i extened my stay. I was able to enjoy my stay. The room were clean and the hotel resturn served me good food. The hotel has three bars and a night club. Which was very good. I recommend the hotel for any one staying in Muscat. Its located near by to everything. And transportation is arranged by the hotel if you need to.

Remarque : depuis que le disco ou la boîte de nuit et ouverte a l étages -P-. Je trouve pas mon repos.. Du 23h à 03h00

Look, for around £60 UKL including breakfast you can't go wrong. Recently became part of Raddison and needs a bit of a make over as the hotel is essentially in a late 90s time warp in a nice sort of way. Room good size, but the windows let in a lot of street noise due to the fact they are plastic ill fitting and warped. The shower design is hopeless with water gushing over the bathroom floor underneath the glass screen. No BBC or CNN which I get but I don't. A lot of their guests are from the US, UK and Australia, so why not add one channel to the 50 that speaks English??? Breakfast really very good. Loads of choice and a really good buffet. All staff kind and helpful. Small pool on the roof for those that want to take a dip and breath in CO from the passing highway. A good business style hotel that caters for tourists like me. An ideal base for a couple of days prior to our Oman road trip.
