Brilliant staff starting from reception to kitchen staff, room cleaners. The only thing hotel didn't have is day trip excursions for tourists. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Overall it's good. There are supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. You can call a taxi downstairs.

Well, the facilities are good, but there is no toothbrush, etc., you need to ask the front desk

Hygiene is OK

The players stayed here or in the nearby City Seasons where the swimming pool was bigger and the gym was better and there were also more shops around. I had a comfortable room with an excellent housekeeper Yohana who made my bed the way I liked it and made sure my room was spotlessly clean. Anne on reception was always very helpful and gave me a good tip about moving away from the hotel entrance to get a better price on the Oman taxi application which I advise everyone to use as the taxis have no meters and the Omani drivers try to cheat foreigners all the time asking up to ten times the price for a trip. Always check the price first on the application. The players were on an all-inclusive basis. The food was fairly good and the restaurant staff kept the dining room very clean.

The hotel room and the ambience are great. I was surprised not to see the sleepers and the bathroom kit. If you are not giving it as a part of saving nature, you should have it in the checklist to ask while the guest checks in.

The hotel location was great. Near to supermarket, restaurant etc. Hotel staffs were friendly and nice too. Thank you so much for Abishek the ( Asst. Front Office Manager) for upgrading our room and for late checkout. The room was huge and the bathroom was nice😊superb with a nice view while watching the sunset which is I love the most during our stay, I must say the room was valued for money and perfect. Thanks for making our stay so memorable with the good service provided during this EID.😊💜

I had the most wonderful experience at Wyndham Garden Muscat, and I simply have to express my gratitude for the exceptional food and service. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate my special dietary needs, and I was truly touched by the effort and care that was put into preparing my meals. Despite the language barrier with the service team, the executive chef's attentive and kind approach made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. It was a delight to be approached by the chef personally, offering assistance and ensuring that I had everything I needed to enjoy my dining experience. I cannot thank the chef and the team at Wyndham Garden Muscat enough for their outstanding hospitality and delicious food. My visit was truly memorable, and I look forward to returning to enjoy more of their wonderful offerings.

After a midnight pickup from Dubai, I arrived dead-tired at the Wyndham at 8am in the morning, obviously way before check-in time. Notwithstanding, Julia (Sales Manager) came out to greet me and offered me complimentary breakfast while they prepared my room. I actually got in by 9am, which was sensational. Thank you Julia !!! My room 412 was very spacious, with all modern facilities that you would expect in an international hotel : large king bed, large desk, good lights in the correct positions, good wifi, TV with all intl channels, safe, fridge, etc. Generous, clean bathroom with white tiles, walk-in shower and pump bottles. Bfast is served in a large restaurant on the 2nd floor, great spread of good food, juices, coffee machine and chef prepared dishes. There is nothing bad about the Wyndham Muscat, but you will need a car to go anywhere. The Hotel represents great value for money and I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Al Khuwair, Muscat, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
