Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

The local staff were great but the waiters at the restaurant were arrogant and unfriendly. I watched them mock our complaint to their colleagues. Otherwise, things were clean and nice with a great big breakfast spread. Mangers were friendly and helpful.

I like the pool but the beach is dirty with alot of fishing nets trapped on corners and plastic bottles in the cave areas. The rooms are small and bathrooms Sewrage not good. And they cant fix it if blocked The hotel is old. But people who work in this hotel they are amazing thats why i keep going to them every year. They upgraded me for free and give me late check out The receptionists are super nice

A good hotel in a very nice location. Beautiful sunset in the evening and panoramic view of Muscat coastline. Lovely private beach and good pool. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the hotel. Good Iranian/Omani restaurants. Good happy hours in the bar.

Customer service was amazing. I was unwell when I first arrived and staff checked on me the next day. The pool area and beach area is beautiful. Sunsets were stunning.

Fantastic hotel with pool and private beach, both open until 9pm. Great free shuttle service to the souq and mosque. Good breakfast available from 6am

Very good hotel, the waiter also upgraded us to a sea view room for free, which is great! There is a free shuttle bus to go out, and there are also beautiful swimming pools and beaches.

Quiet, with its own bay-style beach, very good, but the room is a bit old, the breakfast is good, Arabic style, Western style, and the breakfast is by the pool, with beautiful scenery.

This is one of the few hotels in Oman where you can freely enjoy the sea view. Although it is a bit old, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is especially good. I am also very satisfied with other facilities such as the swimming pool and tennis court.

The room setting is not very new, but clean. The environment is very beautiful, like a painting, very healing. Especially the sunset must not be missed, all the worries will turn into touching moments at that moment

Very clean and sanitary, the sea view room is picturesque, the swimming pool is clear and blue, it feels a bit like heaven on earth, it is very close to the beach and you can go fishing and pick up shells.
