The reason was that I left my phone in the hotel, and the hotel staff did not tell me when I checked out. In fact, he had my number and could have informed and reminded me. After I returned to Dubai, I went to the hotel to inquire about the phone issue. The staff had not listened to my explanation and hung up my phone very impatiently. Afterwards, they deliberately sent me several wrong email addresses and asked me to keep emailing them. I sent countless emails, but they just didn't solve my phone problem and kept passing the buck. Until ten days later, I asked the police to deal with it. The hotel impatiently told me that I had to go back to Oman to get it in person. It was obviously mailable, and I was very willing to pay, but the hotel just didn't help, didn't deal with it, and didn't help to send it. It took me half a month to have someone fly from Dubai to Oman before I finally got my phone back. This experience cost me a lot of time, energy and financial resources.
