The staff are helpful and the location is good. The breakfast is alright. However, the hotel is very old and the cleanness was not up to standard. There are no disposable slipers but the rugs are extremely dirty.

Until ten days later, I asked the police to deal with it. The hotel impatiently told me that I had to go back to Oman to get it in person. It was obviously mailable, and I was very willing to pay, but the hotel just didn't help, didn't deal with it, and didn't help to send it. It took me half a month to have someone fly from Dubai to Oman before I finally got my phone back. This experience cost me a lot of time, energy and financial resources.
