It's in the city center. You can take the elevator directly to the shopping mall, which has a Carrefour and McDonald's. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. It's only a 10-minute drive from the must-see mosque.

The location is perfect, right beside shopping mall Direct access from hotel from 1st floor. The room interior is quite outdated and the floor is very cold even after the air-conditioning is off. Nevertheless the service are good they will come if needed. Would stay here in the future, hopefully by then the room is having much better updated interiors

Consumables are not available unless asked for, and not for all rooms (except shampoo and soap).
Reception and staff not as freindly as they are supposed to be, however , not aggressive and maintain minimum behaviour.
Very small restaurant and limited food options.
Good swimming pool for kids.

Spent 1 night in the hotel apartment. We were charged 100 OMR (260USD) non-negotiable for alleged damages incurred by a tape found left on the wall and some other tape marked that was already there most probably before we checked in... Sent bill 3 days after check-out. NEVER AGAIN on this hotel chain. They will tempt you for their cheap hotel deals but rob you off when you leave... Be warned!

I was here for 14 days during my quarantine stay required for travel to saudi . And my stay during this period has been made easier by the staff of this hotel . They are wonderful and they are there for every need thats required. Melvin especially from the staff was very helpful in getting our food requirements met . From day 1-7 when we were room quarantining he would deliver the food on time and make sure it wasn’t delayed. Thereafter he also made sure we had a lovely time at the restaurant when we went for breakfast. All in all we had a great time at this plac

We were here in this property for seven days during half of the quarantine period required to travel Saudi Arabia. Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. The staff of this property was very supportive and and made our stay easier. We spent good time with their service, especially Mr. Melvin from food department.

We were here for 7 nights quarantine 1 bedroom apartment hotel service was excellent an Mr Melvin he did the good job he was very friendly an took care of us he use to deliver breakfast on time an we had booked hotel with full board meals package for was good hotel service is 5 star rating

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The place is near to every mall in Oman. Ihighly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Muscat. The place is close to shopping malls

We enjoyed our stay at the Millenium. The hotel is well presented and low key. Everything was brand new and having a kitchenette and Carrefour super market & shopping centre an elevator ride away was really convenient (connected to the Muscat Grand Mall). It is well suited for business travelers and families. There is a nice looking swimming pool and gym available but we did not use these facilities. We found the staff helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
