Muscat Hotels with Airport pickup service

We felt this hotel had a very good central location in Muscat especially if you're driving. There are two malls close by and quite a few shops and restaurants. The hotel had plenty of free parking in a parking garage underneath as well. The rooms were comfy and quiet and we had a very large king size bed. The rooms are nicely appointed with a mini fridge, tea station, TV, desk, chair and lots of storage. The bathroom was nice too but we felt the water pressure in the shower could be better. The amenities at the hotel were decent as well. The breakfast that is included has a good mix of Arabic and western items including live egg and waffle/pancake stations. The rooftop pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all nice touches as well but we wish the signage to get to the pool was better as it cannot be accessed via the main elevator. Overall, it was a convenient base for us to explore Muscat and Oman at a good price. The rooms are quiet and comfy and worth a stay.

We asked for late check out but male receptionist refused two times. However while doing the check out the omani female receptionist extended our stay for two hours. Unfortunately I dont remember the names and i am really thankful for that lady and upset bcoz of that receptionist who refused the late check out bcoz of him i gave 3/5 service.

The room is big and the location is good. There are two big shopping malls with many restaurants within 10-15 minutes' walk. The hotel front desk service is also very good..

Location is next to Ruwi bus station which provides access to the airport with bus A1. One of the cheaper options if you want to be nearer the attractions near the Forts, but there are limited things to do around the hotel. There is a hypermarket nearby for supplies.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

This is my second visit to Muscat and I was impressed by the pool, which is over 100m long. The pool is truly gorgeous! Since August is the low season, there are not many guests at the hotel and you can swim in the pool alone, as if it were your own private pool! In fact, there are 3 pools. So you can choose the one that suits your taste. Perhaps, swimming in the Gulf of Oman did not impress me much. Let's just say that there are better seas. But, on the other hand, there is always such a small percentage of vacationers who want to swim in the sea that most people just need to go in, jump in the waves and get out. In terms of enjoying the beach, the experience here is 100% positive. The service on the beach is excellent! They constantly bring ice water with lemon and mint, offer refreshing napkins, and treat you to fruits. The hotel is designed in a traditional Arabic style and fully meets the idea of ​​a luxurious holiday. The dark palette in the interiors emphasizes the architecture and gives a sense of sophistication. For guests who book villas, the Amouage bath line is offered. In simpler rooms - Аsqua di Parma, which is also not bad! As for the food, in my opinion, it is ordinary, without frills. I received undoubted aesthetic pleasure from staying in this beautiful place, but the hotel did not make any gastronomic impressions on me. At the same time, there are no complaints about the service. Everyone I dealt with - reception staff, beach staff, waiters are exceptionally friendly and responsive!

Very nice experience, the breakfast buffet I liked the most with lots of choices and coffee machine availability itself is a big star ( I am a fan of coffee drinks) .. The room TV screen was unfortunately locked not allowing me to connect my own device with HDMI as I used to watch things through it.. The bed had some tiny bugs causing itchiness which means the bed and coverings had not been exposed to enough sun light.. Otherwise the staff are very welcoming and nice price with great stay..

The hotel is in a good location, the facilities are old, the rooms are small, there are many restaurants around, there are various choices, there is a sense of life, there is a big supermarket next to it, and there is a mosque. It happened that there were cricket youth teams from different countries staying there for a few days, including Japan, Malaysia, etc., there should be related competitions.

It's very nice place and staff. I stay for 3 night at room 617. The room is very clean. The bed and pillow are very soft and comfortable , I slept very well. The location is very good closed to the airport around 15 min. The lobby is very good. Next time at Oman, i will stay at this place again.

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited
