Petit déjeuner pas top. Omelettes et autres plats froids etc.... Les toilettes sont dans la douche. Du jamais vu. Les joints sont sales. La salle de bain est un mouchoir de poche. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Et comble du bonheur, pas d'eau dans les WC depuis la veille. (Devais être réparé en 20 min). Hôtel très bruyant, mal insonorisé. Inadmissible.

Not so clean and some items having cracks.very small bathroom and run down place.food was okay and at least some bbq was available for dinner.it is also far from the city around 5km and a bit remote.Hope they improve this place for better experience coming from a long trip

İlgi alaka vasattı. Havuz çok kirli idi. Sezon olmasına rağmen havuz başında islele kurulmuş ve ustalar dış cepheye sıva yapıyorlardı havuz başında. Gece rus bir kafile giriş yaptı. Koridorlarda sabah 4 e kadar eğlenceler, bağırışlar, tartışmalar, birbirlerinin kapılarını tekmelemeler…. Resepsiyonu aradım 2 kez. Uyuyamıoruz dedim. Müşteri memnuniyeti efendim biz de çok bişey diyemiyoruz dedi. Ben gelip odalarına girmelerini söyleyeceğim dedi, resepsiyon çalışanı. Yani güvenlik yoktu otelde🙁 ertesi gün sabahtan çıkış yaptık. Bir gün daha konaklamamız olmasına rağmen bu saçmalığa devam etmeme kararı aldık. Sabah resepsiyona nasıl kötü bir gece geçirdiğimizi anlattık ve bir önceden çıkış yapıyoruz dedik. Sabah görevi devralan kişi “ benim haberim yok” dedi. Yani gece görevlisi olanları anlatmamış bile devrederken. Bizim için büyük ders ve pişmanlıktır.

聽說是五星級飯店，但是房間沒有浴缸，不過有一個不錯的游泳池，也有溫泉，很舒服，電梯很小，但是至少有電梯可以送行李。 附近沒有店可以逛，是缺點。

**ayan arkadaş çocuklarla birlikte gittik çok eğlendik yemekler 10 numara temizlik 10 numara tek eksi odada banyo küçük birde kapalı havuz biraz küçüktü onun dışında herşey mükemmeldi yemeklere kötü yorum yapanları anlamak mümkün değil . Özel olarak Demet Kılance hanim çok ilgilendi kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum otelin müdürü olsa bu kadar ilgi gostermezdi müşteri ilişkileri çok iyiydi tekrar teşekkür ederiz..

This hotel we stayed for two days. This is a stopover hotel for the Singapore Nam Ho group tourism.The rooms were average & clean .but toiletries poor.We went for hot air balloon in the early morning.-That was spectacular.The next day some went for the jeep ride - not all received.

Hôtel soit disant en rénovation mais quelles rénovations ! Oh si du jamais vu les toilettes dans la douche ! L’hôtel est limite propre. Les horaires des piscines à la tête du client Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique et la nourriture très moyenne

Hotel à fuir. Aucune formation du personnel de retauration ( par exemple difficulté à faire une commande de boisson, tenues négligées), table avec nappes pas propres sinon sales. Sol non entretenu. Chambre non faite à 16H quand on revient dans la chambre. Nourriture de qualité inférieure à un 4 étoiles. Pas de placard ou étagères dans les chambres, 3 cintres en tout dont un de cassé décoration vieillotte, faible entretien de l'hotel. Ne devrait pas être référencé par un tour operator comme Jet Tours, et Fram .

Nothing too much to write about, decent rooms, food felt mass produced albeit good quantity of meat to be consumed. Meals majorly consisted of beans, eggplant, cold cut meats, grilled chicken, beef, sausage in tomato sauce, coffee/hot choc machine, Took few cab rides to local markets, yellow taxi cab rides from here Shop in hotel is outrageously priced and don't budge when bargained with
