We are really impressed by the kindess and favor of employees in this hotel
The hotel facilities, cleanliness and food are also better than other's but the people who are here must be the best!!

Excellent! The property is amazing and has shuttle from the airport. The place is really fabulous and the design is very unique. Architecture blends well with the landscape. It has a lot of potential. Lots of things to do in Mykonos and the team is very professional.

Beautiful property!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The service was amazing! Great food, great views, great room! I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

The property is beautiful. However, there were some gaps in customer service. Maria, the girl at the front desk was responsible for both instances- she messed up our pickup from the airport and she messed up our drop off to town. Maria actually told us that the driver of the courtesy van was too busy to drop us whereas we found out that he had actually been doing absolutely nothing!!! Then, Maria pretended to be very helpful to us by volunteering to make dinner reservations for us- her recommended restaurant was one where we had useless food at a hyped tourist trap kind of place. I suspect she might be getting a kickback for referring people there. The restaurant staff and Hector, the driver were very attentive and polite. The property is beautiful albeit difficult to get to- one has to get a ride to go anywhere.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area - Rent a car. The hotel driver and restaurant staff were great but the front desk staff was incompetent and didn't care. It was like the attitude at an exclusive club. Twice they told us that they'd made or changed a reservation but when we arrived at the restaurant, the hotel had done nothing. No apologies, just shrugs. Room was fine but very narrow. With no warning, the guy who cleans the room's pool was outside our door at 8 am while my wife was changing.

We were disappointed with the room and the overall amenities at this hotel. The rooms have no drawers or any place to unpack clothes except for a few hangers in the closet. We were expecting a plunge pool and instead had a hot jacuzzi on our deck- not pleasant in the heat of summer. The common pool is extremely small on only has 5 lounge chairs so guests were forced to sit at tables next to the restaurant. Overall not a well designed hotel. It is also a
LONG windy and treacherous drive to get to the hotel so be prepared if you are renting a car.
On a positive note the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Loved our welcoming by Maria who will be marrying our son if we are lucky. Hector our driver will be racing in the Greek Grand Prix and likely spraying the DomPerignon at the end of the race. Kostas our server will be running the world one day if we are all lucky. The viewand the stagf make this place uniquely elegant.

Une boutique hôtel qui conjugue le bon gout, du luxe non ostentatoire, et le charme de la décoration dans une ambiance confidentielle (juste quelques suites avec piscine ou jacuzzi). Si vous recherchez le calme, une vue époustouflante, la propreté absolue, et ceci à 10 min en voiture de Chora, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Et bien évidemment le plus important, le sourire, le service à tout moment, Maria, Nicola et tout le personnel se mettent en 4 pour vous rendre le séjour inoubliable, ce qui a été le cas. Les points positifs supplémentaires, le petit déjeuner très varié, et fait maison, un parking, des massages, une playlist musical top! Un bémol... vous ne voulez plus quitter cet havre de paix!
