Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

This was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

Overall, it was a good stay and would come back, but the tv's were freaking out and not working properly. Also, the shower kept having water leaking during showers and had to keep using all the towels to keep the bathroom dry. Restaurant had amazing food though! The Philly cheesesteak loaded fries were my husband and I favorite! Thankful for the people who were there serving us and working hard. Hopefully those couple things could just be fixed a bit. Other than that this is an amazing hotel!

Very unfriendly and rude night shift worker @ the front desk. Customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with our stay.

This property has a great location and a spectacular view! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly! Once you arrived you could have your car parked, and not need it again until checkout because everything is within walking distance. However, we stayed 3 nights and were only offered fresh towels and not housekeeping service. The sheets were old and did not fit the bed. We waited way too long for an elevator many times. The valet parking is a little crazy with guests ordering cars and not being there when they were delivered to the hotel, so we had to wait for them to show up and move their car out of the way. Also, go early for breakfast to get food and a place to sit.

Very confortable

Great location we got early checking which was good but then realize the parking is complicated needs to do valet and it takes long time so the second day the clean cleaner didn’t come to clean and we call for service changing tower way for like 45 minutes or one hour they finally bring the tower to us and second day they miss our tower again so need to call and wait another one hour to get towels. Indoor pool are great and boardwalk is right there. But if you want to take a walk on the beach before 9 am ( pool opening time) you have to go to front of the building and make to the public access area because pool is only access from the building to the beach directly and it locked before 9 am , not sure when it close at night which was not convinced for early person like me wanting to walk on the beach from my hotel.

Would never stay there again because of parking system. Too difficult and crowded too much. Also paid $25. a day and then felt obligated to pay a tip twice to take car out and bring car back. Cafeteria could not accommodate the number of guests. Had to wait for place to sit everyday for 8 days. It was a zoo everyday.
