I wish i could post a picture. This Hotel is aged, but it is the most clean place i have ever stayed at. I walked around in my white socks and they did Not get dirty. Lol. Even the balcony was flor was clean. Ithe bed was comfy and I highly recomend the Vancouver Hotel

This property is a very old one.....everything in our room was broken. The TV was hanging loose and wasn't working. The mirror was shaking loose. The phone won't work. The bathroom door won't lock. The wash basin tap and the shower taps won't stop running.....one and only one positive thing is the beach view. It is a total waste of money and I regret booking it. I don't know how it has all 5 star reviews, very misleading, for me at least.

When we checked-in, we found that bathroom sink was clogged. I told this to the person at front desk and asked him to change the room. He said they are full and he handed over a plunger to me to fix it. When I refused, he sent a guy. He put a lot of bleach in sink and room was flooded with bleach smell. He asked us to remain outside for couple of hours. We went to beach, came back and found that sink was still clogged. I went to the front desk again but it was closed. Weather was very bad and kids were sick so we decided not to change the hotel. We somehow managed the night and the morning. There was a lady on front desk. I told her about it and she casually said she’ll tell the management about it. I doubt she told anyone. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this hotel.

The rooms walls were filthy and all the trim and anything dirt could possibly sit on was disgusting like it hadn't been clean for a year.

This is little piece of heaven if you need pet friendly; clean; accessible to everything Myrtle Beach has to off. Its not fancy nor meant to be, so if you need that, stay at the Marriot or Regency its nestled between, I’ve stayed in fancy and simple places; as a simple place it did not disappoint and we enjoyed ourselves..Thank you so much for welcoming us!

This is our third stay here . One of the main reasons is they are one of the few places left that are pet friendly for a reasonable fee. The cleaning staff does an excellent job ! Easy access to the beach as it is an older property and not a high rise that I have to carry all my beach stuff out with dogs in tow, down the elevator.. Few steps out the door and your on the beach . The place is older but pretty well maintained . It’s usually quiet when we go , mainly the dogs making a ruckus from time to time but they always quiten down . Great location . I don’t like having to go to the office to request ice , annoying so you may wanna pick up a bag on the way in. Wal Mart grocery right around the corner and McDonald’s within walking distance as well as a couple other restaurants. We will return in the fall hopefully!
