Property is good but far from the city. Limited items in food and not that much tasty. Overall good experience

The property is good but not maintained properly. The reception area is dull, no proper light arrangement. The common wash room near reception was so dirty and even after informing, it was cleaned for 1hr. The only positive aspect is interior of room and cleanliness inside the room was good. Staff & reception desk is polite and cooperative.

Poor services, unprofessional staffs, dirty rooms, smoking room in terrible condition was given to me while i have 2 infants even i had booked twin room but at the time of check in reception had denied to give twin but after i insist i got it

Checkin experience was not good, inspite of booking sweet room had to almost 3 hours to get the room, my entire trip schedule was spoil t because of this, rooms are good & food menu and quality was good, buffet breakfast was decent

We had a terrible experience. Not just us the guests who checked in on 18/may/2024 all faced same problems. 1. Checkin delay of 2 hours. No one giving us straight answer. Only answer they were repeating "rooms are getting cleaned. We finally got the rooms at 4 pm. This is complete mismanagement of the staff running the hotel. 2. Requested additional blanket @9pm, @10pm finally had to go to reception at @12am to get one. 3. No toiletries in the room. Overall its safe to say i wouldn't be staying here ever again. The management should introspect the service they are providing. For all these inconvenience none of us were compensated.
